They're good quality human hair to buy. Oil or shampoo and conditioner is very good. Oil hair or spray oil hair is very good. People who work there is very friendly and happy to help us to find what we looking for.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They don't answer the phone as if they're busy we know they are never busy. Everything they sell is fake, they charge you high prices for fake inventory. The glue is fake, the relaxers, hair dyes and all. Do not shop here unless you are purchasing braiding hair

As I always do, I visit this store for my hair care needs and never had any issues. Today as I walked into the store I overheard one of the employees yell to a customer (because she was at the other end of the store) that she has to have a mask on to be in the store. I recall the customer saying she didn't have one and the employee told her she could sell her one for $1. I think the customer said she didn't have $1. When I proceeded to the register, I noticed the customer without a mask making a purchase. I brought this to the attention of the lady at the register. I completed my purchase and began walking out of the store to see ANOTHER customer come in without a mask. Another employee motioned to that customer if she had a mask and it looked like he was going to provide her with one. With this current pandemic and increasing numbers, you would think a business would do more to enforce the mask mandate and keep their customers safe. If they allow people to walk throughout this store without a mask I recommend people take their business elsewhere because it appears a sell is more important than the health of their customers. For all I know these ladies could have been infected and infected me, the employees and everyone else in that store. This virus need to be taken seriously! Do better!!!!

This is my go to place in the area of AURORA for hair products . They have recently really expanded their choices of braiding/ weaving hair ! They still don't have the brand of braiding hair I like BUT they have many options . Now they also have lots of bundles to buy which is cool and lotssss of wigs. 4 starts because I sometimes they don't have what Iam looking for exactly but overall they have A LOT, and I find something else that works. The ladies are cool there as well . I'll probably be popping in again today.

The workers are nice and helpful. The selection is vast. The prices are a tad bit higher and I think they should have more sample human hair wigs to try on, the fact that you pay that type of money for a unit but can't try on a sample is ridiculous. I went to the western suburbs and had no issue doing this...All in all, a solid establishment with good customer service and a variety of products and brands.
