Greg the auto-mechanic who installed it has been a life saver. He is the only one who can help. Customer service reps at intoxalock are horrible. They hang up on you, they say things like you figure it out you got the dui, or they say you should have read the manual. I read the manual, your device is inconsistent and doesn’t work well. Hopefully they figure out how to be more helpful to their customers. Repeat the only good part of this process is Greg the install mechanic!!!!
