They overlooked important documents that I provided. When I sat down with the gal to finish my return she handed me back some paperwork and asked me if I wanted her to shred them. They turned out to be an important part of my return, and increased my refund significantly. I’m just glad I caught their error before it was too late. Otherwise my experience was positive

Two 5 star experiences. I went to their Farnsworth location for an amended tax return preparation. Mr Usman found and fixed mistakes in my earlier return prepared online using TaxAct. Impressive, considering this was a dense 80 page return. I then came to this location with a follow up IRS issue, and the lady spent 3 hours on the phone, and fixed a problem I did not think was fixable. Why would I ever go anywhere else again ? Truly dedicated and wonderful people.
