I unfortunately have had bad experiences at this location. First instance was when I went in because my oil light was turning on, and I wanted to get topped off. They told me that my oil was full and continued to tell me how bad of a car I had because these cars are known to have bad engine. However, I have had my car for 6 years and had minor issues. My light continued to turn on and I took it to a different Jiffy Lube where they told me it definitely needed oil. They did my oil change at that point.
I was then due for the next oil change and went back to the Jiffy lube on Lake St. I pulled up and the guy that greeted me smelled like weed, which is not the biggest concern for me. But I wasn't asked if I wanted my Cabin filter replaced or air filter, they just told me the price of the oil change and completed the service. When I paid, he immediately told me he lost my receipt and couldn't find it. I left and then later on noticed my sticker stated the mileage on the last sticker (wrong mileage), I got the oil change on 12/21/2024 but the sticker stated I was due for next oil change on 10/01/24. I drive far distance for work, and I could feel my car wasn't driving the same. At this point I wasn't even sure if the work was done properly. Monday morning comes around and I call to speak to the manager. He apologized for the inconvenience but basically told me he couldn't do anything about it. He really didn't gather any more information besides go ahead and bring it in or take it to another jiffy lube which tells me these are things that will continue to happen. I will definitely not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend anyone else to take their vehicle there.

Beware! I had my oil changed on my ram truck a week ago. I happened to look under my truck and noticed an oil spot on the driveway. I reached up and the oil drain plug was loose. This could have ended badly , I will never return to this place

Haven’t been to this jiffy lube in a while , no more David as the store manager? What a shame. This place looks like it’s ready to fall apart.

My 84 year old father went to get his oil changed today at Jiffy Lube on Lake St. he was advised that an oil change was going to cost him $90 including tax, he went to another Jiffy Lube in Aurora and was only.charged $58. It was my understanding that all Jiffy lubes charge the same price, very disappointed in Jiffy Lube on Lake st

I have used this Jiffy Lube for decades and always satisfied. My oil change today was exceptional.
Josh took care of my oil change and not only was I in and out quickly, but his honesty, customer service, warm greeting and friendliness was wonderful. He made my not so good of a day so much better.
It is people like Josh that keep people like me coming back.
I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for car maintenance needs. I've not ever been disappointed with any service I have received here.
