I had my oil changed the dipstick broke when removing it by the tech. I was offered for them to get one from Ford not to sure on cost and how long of wait.I left went to Ford got a new one . I spoke with Johnathan the manager he offered to pay for new dipstick and gave me a upgraded car wash which is very nice! Alex was very helpful came out checked the oil and wiped off residue from oil from dipstick area !! Excellent service!

Definitely done going here. Realizing after I left, when I looked at my receipt, they performed $120 worth of work on my company van, that I never authorized. I found that they charged $35 for a tire rotation, which I literally got done by Discount Tire for free just 15 mins prior. They also charged me $80 for wiper blades, and to top it off they installed 28" blades when I needed 30" blades. Thankfully it was raining when I left or I would have never noticed. Neither of these charges were ever ran passed me to say hey, this is what we recommend. On top of that, after I went back, the guy behind the counter proceeded to tell me how I could have stopped this because when I was paying, he told me the work was done. Then I had to stop him and let him know in front of customers that's not how Jiffy Lube works. They always tell you up front what work they recommend. Another thing that this place likes to do with automatic headlights is shut them off and never turn them back on. On 2 separate occasions they did that to my wife and she didn't realize until the next day and another time she was pulled over for no headlights. They are 1 lawsuit away from someone losing their life because of getting into a car accident when someone doesn't realize Jiffy Lube shut off their headlights.

Car wash is great. Took an elderly ladies car in to get fluids checked because a light came on. Topped them off. Guys here are really nice and didnt take long to do the job. These guys had a full staff on a Sunday. Great Experience

Not that great. I got the oil changed which is fine. But they have a service that would check and inflate your tires if they needed it. When they were done, they told me they could not inflate the tires because the nozzles on all four tires were corroded. I did not buy that but I just wanted to get out of there. I did not want to go there in the first place but the jiffy lube I near my house does not service high mileage cars (all of a sudden) I put air in one of those "corroded" nozzles last week with no problem. Which means, to me, that this jiffy lube offered a service and, what, just did not feel like doing it? Now I have to find another (3rd) place to go get my oil changed. Or just do it myself

I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube this morning! All the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and informative without being pushy. I always appreciate their practice of holding doors for customers—it’s such a thoughtful touch. They even opened the door for my daughter when our car was ready, which was not only adorable (based on her being little) but also a great example of good manners. Excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere—I’ll definitely be returning!

Highly disappointed in the service I received today! It's sad that 1 bad apple would destroy it all ! Then when you ask for a manager, the manager really has no valid responses that you're going to solve my concerns at all. Instead all I heard today was what you "CAN'T " do for me or the response " HE'S JUST GOING TO TELL YOU THE SAME THING". No help at all, not actively listening or addressing customer concerns, over talking you, very combative and pressuring as if it's sales driven! After this horrible experience today, they have lost me as a customer! This new manager they have at this location Jon, waste of time!! Definitely NOT for the customer!
