My family and I went yesterday to purchase some Uggs for my daughter, Emily was working and helped us out so much ! She was super sweet and super helpful, she deserves a RAISE !!! Workers are not always nice like her ❤️ !

Always come to this location first for my kids' shoes. Employees are always patient to get several sizes for 3 kids. Jorge and Emily helped out on our most recent trip. Super helpful

I found about this location after my wife made an exchange for her boots. This location was really nice and friendly, warm, helpful with BIG smiles. In all my years of shopping I've yet had the chance to meet a dope manager full of energy willing to help, YES!! Journey this has to be one of the best shopping experience when my wife know the person running the show, a happy wife happy life. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience, see you soon.

Absolutely horrible experience. We walked in and asked an employee if they had an item in stock. She then went over to another employee and asked them. They did not have the size we needed in stock so the “manager” called another location to see if they had it. He ended up giving them the wrong item number and we drove 45 minutes for nothing. This “manager” didn’t think it was important to double check that it was even the right color considering we were looking for purple, not white, which is what the other store had on hold for us. These employees were more concerned with talking to one another than actually helping their customers.

We ordered shoes from this location but they were shipped from another location. They arrived today. The shoes were not quite what we expected so we decided to return them at this location. Worst customer experience that I have had in a very long time. We were told that the box was missing the packaging, which was not enclosed. The store manager, Sabina, refused to profess a refund. I asked her for the name of her supervisor and at first, she claimed that she did not have one! I had to press the issue and she said that she couldn't give her name for security reasons, and that she did not have a corporate contact number. Incredible! She was even hesitant to give her name, and she's the store manager! This was a terrible experience and totally unacceptable.

I took my nephew here to pick up some warm winter shoes. Although they didn't have his size In the shoe we wanted he was still able to order online. Litty was very helpful and personable!!!!

I love this place! the workers are super kind and helpful. I came in today to exchange my vans for a smaller size. These are my first pair of vans and I don't really know how vans are supposed to fit so I got a size bigger than I needed last weekend. the girl that was working with me explained the whole thing. I asked for an 8 1/2 but when she got back she brought a couple of other sizes to make sure I got the right size. I didn't catch her name or else I would call corporate and praise her but she was a short young woman in her early 20s. when she was showing me the shoes she was joking around and said that we would be twinning since she just bought a pair herself. overall great experience and great people. my mom wants a pair so we're going back next weekend.

Very good experience today, got help when we needed it with no pressure. The team was playful and all seemed to enjoy to enjoy there job. The sales lady with the bluish colorful hair was a great sales person, brought out extra pairs that my boyfriend might like and he did end up liking one. Getting us to buy two pairs, that he will enjoy! Thanks for your help and the extra thanks for your skill!! You guys rock!
