I went here a few weeks ago to buy Birkenstock Arizona mocha n the girl there showed me around i asked her to bring me a size 6 she said there are different sizes in Birkenstock not shoes sizes so i said ok and she brought it w socks n spray i said i don't need that then i asked how much are the Birkenstock she said they r $105 then i told her we will looks around some more shops n come back she said ok then when we. Came back we went for the billing i didn't notice she charged me $115 without tax then after tax it was $125 when i went home i js kept them inside cuz they are for school then when i tried em on today and looked at the receipt i figured she lied about them being $105 and charged me $125 i am going to return tmr. YOU CAN'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS JUST TO MAKE THEM BUY IT AND CHARGE THEM A DIFFERENT AMOUNT WHEN BILLING SO THEY DON'T NOTICE. THE GIRL WHO SHOWED US AROUND LOOKED LIKE A HIGHSCHOOLER. DISAPPOINTED ☹️

Kaetlyn should not be calling customers “annoying” to their face for not buying product. Rest of the staff encourages and enables this behavior.

I found about this location after my wife made an exchange for her boots. This location was really nice and friendly, warm, helpful with BIG smiles. In all my years of shopping I've yet had the chance to meet a dope manager full of energy willing to help, YES!! Journey this has to be one of the best shopping experience when my wife know the person running the show, a happy wife happy life. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience, see you soon.

Had an amazing experience, especially with Brandon who helped me out. They didn't have a size for a shoe that I requested but he brought out alternatives that I could try out which I was glad since I loved one of the two. He also helped out my sister in a similar way. Will definitely come back.

Very unprofessional and fraudulent business practices here.. Store refused to pay my daughter's wages for her second week of work... The fact that it didn't work out with the job doesn't give you the right to withhold wages!
They should know what unethical managers they have!

We ordered shoes from this location but they were shipped from another location. They arrived today. The shoes were not quite what we expected so we decided to return them at this location. Worst customer experience that I have had in a very long time. We were told that the box was missing the packaging, which was not enclosed. The store manager, Sabina, refused to profess a refund. I asked her for the name of her supervisor and at first, she claimed that she did not have one! I had to press the issue and she said that she couldn't give her name for security reasons, and that she did not have a corporate contact number. Incredible! She was even hesitant to give her name, and she's the store manager! This was a terrible experience and totally unacceptable.

Brendan was wonderful! He was so sweet and had great customer service skills. I asked him for quite a lot of shoes to come back with and he always kept his smile and never made me feel like I was asking too much. He helped me find my favorite shoes I’ve ever had. It was the smoothest and best shoe shopping process I’ve ever had if I’m being honest. Finding a new pair of shoes is difficult for me and gives me a lot of anxiety. But he made my experience a great one. I hope he’s there the next time I buy a new pair of shoes. Not to mention, he laced them right there for me so I could walk out of the store with them instead of my painful, annoying heels lol. He actually laced them twice to make sure they were done to perfection. I left a very happy customer. Thank you again Brendan!!! ?

I took my nephew here to pick up some warm winter shoes. Although they didn't have his size In the shoe we wanted he was still able to order online. Litty was very helpful and personable!!!!
