I had an issue with my measuring wheel, I emailed them asking for replacement parts. They informed me they don't have replacement parts so they shipped me a new one for free!

Bought the metal contractor grade MP415 measuring wheel in 2008. It has worked well in tough conditions. The rubber finger that contacts the wheel dry rotted and upon calling Keson they dropped one in the mail free of charge. Great product and most of all great customer service, Thanks!
