KRAFT FOODS requires the correct pick-up number for entry. The check-in process is generally quick, with drivers often put into a door immediately. The loading or unloading process typically takes 2 to 4 hours. The load can be rather heavy, sometimes over 40,000 pounds, and there is no scale on site. Docking instructions are to back in, unhook, and park the truck in front of the door. For access, using the QR code to enter can be annoying as the gate camera may not scan a phone screen. Directions are provided: from Orchard Road, turn right on Sullivan and left on Bowmen; or from Interstate 88W, take exit 114, turn left, go approximately one mile, turn left on Indian Trail, and left into the driveway. Door lower numbers are to the west of the building and higher numbers are to the east. The guard shack personnel are friendly. There is a single bathroom in the check-in office.

MUST have correct pick up number. Any others won't do. I was 15 minutes late and had wrong pick up number but when I got correct one they put me in a door immediately. You have to slide tamdens and drop trailer. Pull out but stay parked in front of it. Loading took 2 hours Was happy it went well compared to other posts.

QR code to enter was annoying because the gate camera just wouldn't scan our screen after we did the sign in online. They did have a single bathroom in the check in office and well it wasn't great. Appointment on time and loading was 3-4 hours.

Had a drop and hook pretty simple walked in and got my paperwork and I was back on the road. Thanks
