La Petite Academy on W. Sullivan Road receives mixed feedback from parents and prospective clients. The facility is noted for its convenient location and logistics that are good for many people. Several reviews praise the caring staff and teachers who genuinely love the children, with specific appreciation for the classroom cameras and the useful app that provides updates and photos throughout the day. Some families have attended for years and highly recommend it. However, other perspectives highlight significant drawbacks. The physical building is described as small, including a cramped entryway, narrow hallways, limited classrooms, and a small parking lot. A walk-through revealed a very small, messy kitchen where food is prepared on-site, which is considered acceptable but not catered, healthy, or organic. The playground is large but has much concrete and is divided into separate areas for different ages. Major concerns are raised about administration and policy. The process for inquiring about infant care is described as pushy, with staff insisting on a tour before discussing a nearly year-long waitlist. To join this waitlist, the academy demands an upfront registration fee and first month's tuition, a policy deemed unreasonable by some. The school can also be understaffed. While some children are reported to be happy there, the overall value for the price is suggested as something to compare with other options.
