I had an appointment at 3 and got in until 3:30 what’s the point of having an appointment if your still gonna be seen past time. Workers were gossiping loud and don’t care who’s listening. They’re to busy talking with each other to actually do there job.

Blood test was fine but was charged 354$ more than the estimated financial responsibility given to me. I was also said the services would be covered under my insurance and later got sent a 394$ bill saying my insurance denied the claim.

Oh my gosh, what an amazingly smooth and fast process! If you're an anxious over-planner like me, I'm writing this review for you (and also for this business which deserves the praise). I checked in at 9:40 for my 9:45 appointment, and I was literally back sitting in my car by 9:48. They are so organized!I had an order for bloodwork from my doctor so I googled places near me and landed on this Labcorp location. I scheduled online, which was super well-designed and easy to do. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning; perfect, since I needed to be fasting.This Labcorp shares a building with another organization, but it's all very well marked. The parking lot is ample and the door clearly says Labcorp on the glass. Inside, there are quite a few signs with arrows and clear instructions to follow which will take you to the suite where Labcorp is located. I've never been here before and I had zero issue navigating to the right place. I worry about these things LOL but this was perfect.Inside the office, there were two digital check-in kiosks. That was also super easy to use. It scans your license/ID and pulls up all the patient + appointment info that you already entered when you scheduled. They'd texted me a QR code to scan for check-in but I never ended up needing that.After the check-in, I sat down and the kind woman at the front desk called me to take my paper order from my doctor. I also provided my card to pay and signed the form for that. They had run my insurance and given me a detailed amount that I would pay.A moment later I was called back and given clear instructions on exactly where to go and what to do. The woman who took my blood was amazing; I'm sad I didn't get her name to give her full credit in this review. She mentioned I had a small vein (not in a negative way) and even that didn't cause her a MOMENT of delay as she got in with the accuracy of a sniper haha.I was done in like 60 seconds and it wasn't painful at all, she was an absolute pro at what she does. And she was very sweet! She explained I'd hear back in 3-5 days and they'd send the results to my doctor who requested them, and I was on my way. And by the way, there were signs confirming that they sanitize everything between patients and the whole office seemed super clean to me.Like I said I was back in my car just a few minutes after walking into the building. I will absolutely come back here for my routine bloodwork next year. Thank you!!

I went in to get some blood work done and I can confidently say this is the best experience I’ve ever had. I went in during my lunch break expecting to wait the better part of an hour but was called up not even 10 minutes after checking in. Maribel was my phlebotomist and she was absolutely phenomenal! I’ve always had a hard time getting my blood drawn, since I’ve got rolling veins, and always end up with welts and bruises. Maribel was able to find a vein and draw blood in one go. She was extremely patient with me when I was expressing my concerns about previous blood draws and was super gentle during the entire process. I came back to the office with 20 minutes of my break left, and was able to enjoy my lunch! I truly could not have asked for a better experience.

Everytime I come to Labcorp Express in Aurora for a blood draw the employees are friendly and comforting and are the BEST at drawing blood!

Absolutely the most painful basic blood draw ! Go somewhere else, find another location. It was rushed and unfriendly. Unnecessary to be in pain over this. Save yourself!!!!!!

Check in was fast. The girl up front was friendly and I was in and out. I probably waited 2 minutes. I will say I had an early appointment, 8:30 a.m on a Saturday and it was empty.

the wait was one is truly unbearable. (esp if you’re on a fasting appointment) the staff are NOT friendly in the slightest,; they can’t be bothered to even give a. wave or say hello. very confusing to know where to wait, and what room or area to wait in. the ‘mobil check in’ is a complete joke. the whole experience i had today for simple bloodwork, was one that will ensure i never make an appointment here again.!
