Great service! Very thorough technicians that send you a video overview of your service visit. Decent waiting area with free coffee and water. Basic oil change and checkup was $250, but our Velar requires oil changes every 15,000 miles! There was zero upselling and all the people there were very nice. I waited for the vehicle and opted out of the free wash, because it takes an hour and their washer scratches the plastic accents on the vehicle -FACT! We bought this new at this same dealer. I saw the truck before the wash and it was gorgeous! Then they washed it and plastic panels on the pillars were terribly micro-scratched. My eye catches these things and it’s a curse.

Ernie in service is the best at the Land Rover of Naperville. He seems to really care about the customer and vehicle needs. He explains the potential issues and the service and when the vehicle is finished, he takes the time to walk you through what was completed and confirm all is working well. I appreciate his client service.The filled chip in the windshield by the service team was also done nicely, the chip is hardly noticeable.Service: Auto windshield repair
