I read the reviews before going, and was nervous. I will say it is unorganized but it seems like he is doing everything by himself, and doesn't have help (understandable). My main problem was seeing the reviews of his attitude, but I was really surprised he was kind, laughed, and was trying to be helpful. My husband and I will be back, just because of how kind he was.

Mr. Lee is such a nice, always have been. The store is just too cluttered. Way too much store in the store!

Very Congested and Difficult to walk through the isles. The owner is friendly and tried to assist as much as possible. The products were not organize due to downsizing to a smaller location. It would be beneficial to make it more appealing for their customers.

This store is in a prime location, and has so much potential. From reading other reviews it seems like the owner is grieving his wife and is in desperate need of some assistance. I’m hoping he has family or close friends who will help him.The owner is super nice and friendly. He was very helpful, but it was difficult trying to navigate through the store.

It's the saddest thing I've seen in a long time. The store has stuff everywhere just stacked on top of stuff. I found out his wife died 10 years ago and he is still grieving. I asked if he was hiring just to clean up he said no. I told him I'll volunteer clean and organize for free and he said no. To look at the pictures above knowing that's how it used to look amaze me. I hate to say it but someone needs to come in. He shouldn't be in there like that he's gone crazy. So much love for his wife you hear it in his voice. ???????????

Store is SOOOOO SMALL!!! It has soooo much hair inventory and no place to put it, stuff was falling on top of my 4year old. You can’t reach things on the wall without stuff toppling on top of you. Extremely dangerous! Literal safety & fire hazard. Seems like a nice guy but he needs a bigger store or put some of that hair up in storage. only two very narrow aisle to walk one foot in front of the other.

Gotta definitely be prepared to look for your hair, but it's cool plus lots and lots of hair. I've been in plenty of beauty supplies where they profile u and follow you around. These places don't realize that without buyers, they would go bankrupt. Not Mr Lee. Good customer service and selection.

Terrible, rude he was literally standing 2 Ft from me. He told me to just go because I asked him to see the hair. This place should be closed down. PLEASE DONT COME HERE. And this is a danger zone literally stuff everywhere feels like a hoarders house

The entire store is a fire hazard . I had a stroller and could barely get through the front door. Merchandise is stacked to the ceiling literally. I started getting hot and a lot of anxiety skin had to leave.

So.. there's not many beauty supplies that I can find by me so instead of going to the one I usually go to in Bolingbrook, I tried one in Aurora since I was in the area... ..what an insane experience.. As soon as you walk in, there's nothing but boxes and packs of hair everywhere. Trying to give them a chance, I try to find my way around the store b/c the man working there said he has braiding hair, but I was in complete disbelief while looking around. I honestly can't believe that this establishment has been in business. Maybe I caught them on an off week.. but this isn't a "week" of build up :/

The place is a disaster! Hardly any room to walk. Not to mention they did have what I was looking for. I don't think they could find it because the lace had piles of products in no order. Very messy and unorganized.

I don't know what pictures are posted but the store does not look like that. You can barely see the items because of the boxes and hair piled up in front and the worker came and watched me didn't even ask if I needed assistance. If you gone hover atleast offer assistance seeing that the inside of the store looks like tornado hit

Apparently they didn't like my review. I'm assuming it was Renee but I'm not sure. It was somebody who represents Majestic Beauty Supply had the audacity to contact me on messenger with their passive aggressive attitude and then when I came back at her she blocks me off messenger. How petty, rude, unprofessional and immature is that! She didn't have to say anything to me at all! Don't dish it out if you can't take it! I posted a screenshot of the entire interaction thru messenger on Google (under reviews) where the whole world can see it! Good day to you!

I bought a wig from there and decided that the color wasn't for me. I had literally just bought the wig 5 minutes prior to changing my mind. I didn't even leave the store! They tell me that there are no exchanges for wigs. First of all, that was not communicated to me prior to my purchase, second I literally just bought it! I didn't put it on or anything. I hear the supervisor in the back room telling one of the workers that I can exchange it this time but that's it. Another similar situation happened a few months back and I bought the wrong type of hair. I was standing right there the entire time and the manager tells me that "there register doesn't do refunds." Never again will I EVER patronize these people again! I'm just going to stick with the Asians. I'm good!
