I purchased a couple different used vehicles from Leeds at different times for my young adult children to drive while attending college. In both cases, I received a fair price and the both were mechanically sound.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!! typical sleaze ball salesman I bought a car Tues and the owner stated there was no issues with vehicle.(except power steering pump) Exactly 24 hours after buying the Ford focus the check engine light goes on. Needs catalytic converters. Also 2 control arms Dude ripped a single mom off! Complete j*** off! do not buy here, they reset the check engine light before they sell you cars!!!

Do not recommend. They sold my nephew his first car a piece of crap. It was supposed to be a happy moment he drove it around in the first hour and it overheated and left him on the side of the road. Had to pay for a tow. So ridiculous. Spent over 2k and instantly had to shell out more money for a tow and now repairs. Not very honest people if you ask me. It’s a shame. Will never go there again or recommend to anyone.

That's true, had to put a transmission in the high priced car I purchased, 09 chevy aveo, along with brakes, fix the AC, new tires, and still working on it, I'll would have rather get a note, if I would have known this. Dennis is not right. It's on you if you go there now!!

So much I want to say about this establishment, that one star represents the amount of days I was able to drive the truck I purchased before it broke down. Don’t be fooled by Dennis.

Horrible experience, purchased a 2006 Ford Explorer on April 23, 2021 drove it home and parked it because I did not have any of my city/state stickers. On Saturday evening the truck broke down on me on the expressway, couldn't get it checked Sunday so today I had it towed to get checked to find the engine is blew along with the timing belt, and a cracked oil pan/gasket. I called him this afternoon to address my concerns on this issue with the truck, he seemed unbothered. Dennis knew exactly what was wrong with this vehicle and still choose to sell it to me. Under Illinois state law or House Bill 4377. It states he would be responsible for any power train component and it also states that the implied warranty gives 15 day or 500 mile grace period, I've had the truck going on 3 days now with approximately 6 hours of driving totaling 60 miles. I've had to pay fees to have it towed multiple times because it's not driveable. Now he expects me to pay the price tag for the repairs, I've asked for a refund and he's refusing to reimburse me. I don't see how he wakes up and looks himself in the mirror in the morning. This is already a difficult time period for everyone and you have people like this trying to get over. Situations like this shows people real colors. Horrible

Don't waste your time trusting this dealer he will show already sold cars and when you select a car after doing all inspection 'talking about the price' all of sudden he will say that he got a call and another guy wants to buy it for more money so he wants more money on the car which we select'When he realizes that we like the car all of sudden he increases the price by atleast 200 to 800 dollars'Happened twice' he fooled us and we traveled 100 miles both times. Never trust him again

Told the guy I was over 4 hours away. Asked if there were any issues with the 4Runner and he said everything was perfect. I asked multiple times if there was anything I should know about before I drove all that way. I then asked if he would have someone take it over to the mechanic to have it checked out and he declined. Said he was the only person who works there and it wouldn't work. I drive all the way there with my mom (Incase I got the truck) and find 2 other people inside with him. I drive it over to the mechanic and they told me it was junk and not to buy it. They said there were at least 3-4 thousand dollars needed in repairs within the next year. Dennis had it listed at $6,000. I took it back to him and told him I wasn't interested. He was friendly over the phone and I'm sure he's a nice guy if you know him but I wouldn't do business with him again. He definitely knew what was wrong with the car (I know this due to his smirky response when I told him I didn't want it). He was careless of saving someone from driving over four hours to look at a junk vehicle. I would never do business with him due to his lack of common decency.

I bought a car from them and just 1 day after that the engine light shows off. Dennis said they were going to fix, but that was lie. They pretend to fix, send you to a guy in Aurora that give different diagnosis, asked me to take the car for a whole day, twice. I take the car over there multiple times and never get it fixed. They never called me to ask anything. I had to fix the issue with another company ($2000) to be able to pass the inspection.
