Went in with what I thought was a fried pump motor. Ready to shut it down and deal with it in the spring until I was instructed that the pump needs to be on to circulate the chemicals unless I wanted to stir it up like a giant shrimp boil. Instead of selling me a new pump I was offered a possible fix that took less than 5 minutes. Saved me hundreds!!

Last summer, we set up our first backyard above ground pool and I learned so much from Al and Andrew at Leslie’s about how to maintain it. This year, I followed all the tips they shared with me and it has stayed clean and clear. I’m very grateful and will continue to be a customer.

Awesome customer service!! They are really knowledgeable. Helped me with my algae and water mold and broke it down on how to fix it and start swimming within a week. Their chemicals are pricey. However, if you compare them to other ones like Home Depot, Walmart, Menards, and Amazon. They are way stronger! That's why they work.

I've been coming here for the last few years. The employees are typically friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and they've been a key reason I've been able to maintain clear water season after season.

The employee/ manager guy was very talkative and friendly. I asked a lot of questions . He seemed to have an answer for my questions. I hope he was accurate. The store does not carry some parts which I think is difficult because customers tend to go to stores more easily than going to a warehouse. We needed an attachment that they did not carry but that the warehouse does. I can order it from warehouse but I needed it immediately.

I am not sure who I spoke to on the phone today, but they went above and beyond in giving me advice on fixing an issue with my pool filter. I originally called looking for a product, which the associate told me that they didn't have, and that it didn't really apply to my pool equipment. I told them about the issue I was experiencing, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me in choosing a next course of action. I am a brand new pool owner and it's all really overwhelming for me, so I deeply appreciated the time they took in helping me. I followed their advice step by step and was successful in fixing my issue. Thank you so much whoever helped me today!

If you have a pool, bring your water in to have it tested. Their chemicals are expensive but the staff is knowledgeable.

This place is way overpriced. Everything is 1.5 times higher than any place I have seen and I have had a pool for 15 years. Even the Great Escape across the street is cheaper. Add in the attitude your get from the staff and it's a no brainer. Don't go here.

Terrible. One employee to serve all customers at thr time. I finally left after 10 minutes whi h could have gone a lot longer as employee was on the phone trying to figure out a customers instore credit on her phone
