Very bad shopping experience with the Spanish girl at checkout wouldn't allow me a simple gift return. How did Levi's quality become so bad and customer service. You could have bad quality outlet clothes but at least have better service. 😂 She argued with me that their fit and sizing has never changed how would she know she's not a man lmfao their sizing is all over the place good luck and try on different sizes before buying they're ripoff now. Charging me 150 dollars for jeans made super thin from China. Won't allow a return are you kidding me.

Tried to return two pairs of jeans I had bought yesterday, I had tags and receipts for both pairs, the employee (a tall dark haired woman) was very rude and accused me of wearing one of the pairs of jeans and returning them. I told her that she was the one who had sold them to me the day previously and so there was no time to wear them and they were brand new. She ignored me and continued to state that they were worn and that she was doing me a favor by accepting the return. Overall I’m very unhappy with this store. Whenever I spoke to her she ignored me and kept saying I wore them and they are worn, basically making me out to be a liar. I had tags for both pairs and a receipt!!! I have bought many things over the years from this store but will not be back if that’s how they treat people. Not even asking if they were worn but just accusing right away. Super disappointed will probably call the store so no one else gets treated like this.

Sandra helped me find the perfect pair of women’s jeans! She is so friendly and helpful, took the time to learn what I need, found some jeans for me to try, and brought more to the dressing room. I have a hard time finding jeans, but this store has both helpful staff and a great selection.
