Employees are lack of service and thats one of the reason they dont have good sales at such a busy outlet , I cames with my friends and we are the only customers at afternoon on a regular weekday, no one welcome us no one come to us and greets us as every other store , 3 employees talk and laugh to each other they seems annoying us at the time when we look around , I'd prefer to shop online for lucky brand jeans more than walk in , sad !

Terrible service
Jeans is almost 100$ with discounts
Service is slow they even didn’t ask what you need , they basically don’t care about the customers no one even didn’t came to ask what size I need
Just go for Armani or Boss you get same jeans even better quality , better service , for same price !!!

The receptionist put 3 heavy jeans in one paper bag when we asked her to put it in two bags she said it's one bag per sale. We asked her very nicely this paper bag might rip. She very arrogantly refused to give us another bag.

Unbelieveably rude store manager at the Chicago premium outlet store in Aurora ! She said her name was Jada. I ordered several pairs of jeans online and was told I could return them in store.When I returned them & looked at my receipt, I noticed that the refund amt seemed less than my original charge . I asked her to explain why the amts were different and she couldn’t and then became belligerent and condescending. She kept looking at another employee and kept rolling her eyes. She said she didn’t need to keep explaining the charges to me and that I would need to call customer service , so I asked for the phone number and she refused to provide it!!! There were very few customers in the store , which isn’t surprising if that’s the way customers are treated. I will never shop there again. There are several other poor reviews also.

Extremely difficult store manager. She would not return a purchase even though I had a receipt and it was unworn and within the return window. I will be taking my business elsewhere (to Oakbrook!) Honestly I was shocked at how in flexible this person was.

Really bad people working here. Was followed around the store. The people here put the new girl on the register when they were super busy and they barely helped her. Hell we helped her more than they did. Obviously they put her there cause they want to be lazy slack off and not work. They got rude with my wife who showed the new girl where the tag was and then stared at my wife while folding cloths. This psycho has the nerve to try and argue with my wife what kind of customer service is this. Rude awful people here except the new girl needless to say we took our money elsewhere. Happened an hour ago from posting this review. Seriously never have we ever had such a Terrible experience in a store. The one employee looked like she was about to fight. The worst

My new favorite jean store. It's pretty much like American eagle but for grown folks. Which is not a bad thing. The jeans that fit me the best 411 jeans ?.I like the 411s jeans ?alot. The store had very friendly and helpful staff. I hope to shop there again.
