The delivery drivers tried opening the door to my home before they knocked. After checking my camera, I let them in. I could tell by the looks on their faces they were trying to find a reason to not deliver my refrigerator. I live in a duplex so they would have to bring the refrigerator up a short flight of stairs. Ofcourse I was right. They pulled my broken fridge out and said they couldn't unhook the water line. I even offered to unhook the water line myself, but they wouldnt move the fridge out for me to do so. They then tried loading the new fridge back onto the truck. After arguing with them for over 15 minutes they finally left the new fridge, but we had to install ourselves and remove the old fridge from the home.

Had this company deliver a refrigerator to my apartment about a week ago. The 2 delivery guys tried opening my front door a few times before eventually knocking, (not smart at all) and when they got inside refused to unhook the water line, and told my wife if she didn't get something figured out within 5 mins they were going to load the fridge back up and leave. After about 30 minutes of trying to talk them into doing their job, they finally made it in with the fridge and left. Had to remove the old fridge & install the new one ourselves.

Rude, lazy, zero work ethic. They damaged my interior and exterior door frame and did not complete the delivery. The one driver who spoke to me was disrespectful. I also have him on my ring camera kicking my belongings and picking at my flowers. He was too lazy to even close my door when he left. Sad that someone that collects a pay check has such a pathetic lack of work ethic and regard for others.

You have a crazy driver on 294 west who is driving like a maniac at 6:30 am during a snow storm. I have read all your other reviews and you should not even be in business if this is the level of your drivers

They almost hit my car from behind, once they were able to pass me, they almost hit 2 other cars. They tailgated one car to the point of that they just pulled over and let them around them because there was no passing zone.Obviously driving so dangerously wasn’t worth it since we got to the exact same exit and the same time. They noticed my car as one of the ones they almost hit and starting laughing as if it was some kind of joke.They then cut me off and slammed on their brakes after the light at the off ramp, and continued to speed up and slow down until they turned.I googled the company to get a phone number and saw several google reviews pertaining to similar erratic driving as well as instances of illegal parking, and causing property damage.The man that answered the phone did seem interested in taking care of the employee that was driving this way, I just hope it was sincere. People like this do not need to be driving at all, let alone larger rigs.

Never hired them, but their truck drivers blow stop signs and red lights. Almost caused a huge accident. The. He stopped at a red light blocking off intersections where there is signs that say “do not block intersections” the drivers proceeded to flip me off behind the window. Definitely know why they have 1 star already before my review

Driver parked in the middle of a busy gas station parking lot, which nearly caused several accidents due to being in blind spots. While inside gas station, was rude and disruptive to other patrons. Even standing in front of a section just chatting. Would not move after repeated requests of polite, "excuse me." Reading the other reviews, not shocked at this either. No regard for others while in uniform, representing the company and reckless with their driving. I definitely would never hire this company.

This company was delivering an item to one of my tenants. They blocked the driveway so nobody could get in or out of the property, damaged my common front door by propping it open, nicked some walls going up the stairs and left my interior floor mat upside down. Rude drivers when I asked them to move so my other tenants could park.

Damaged my appliance on delivery. Didn't install water line to fridge correctly which caused a small leak. On delivery of replacement fridge, found water damage but now scratches up my wood floor.

Worst company!!! They parked on the street and blocked my driveway. I lost 30 minutes until they came to move the truck.

Horrible drivers, wouldn't let cars safely merge. Wouldn't of hurt to tap the brakes but they wanted to block the lane to get in front while others were trying to merge off. Caught on my cameras and reported to icc. I would not trust them with any freight
