no one to assist with the after 5 dresses. Also when My 2 very well behaved grandchildren came down the escalator with me We got dirty looks from the 3 men at the men's counter. Yes they are of color and feel if they were white like me it would have been a different greeting so to speak.

Every time I come to the cosmetics counters here I am always impressed. Kimberly and the beautiful Muslim lady whose name escapes me right now are quite an asset. Always helpful. Above and beyond. They make things very personal. I always come to them versus buying something online just because I appreciate them so much. Thank you ladies for what you do for other ladies.

Anju in lady's dresses was wonderful. She was very helpful and kind. She showed me where to find the products I was looking for and held my items at the counter since I had so many things.She is an asset to the store.

When I came here last December, this place was super run down and, too many burnt out fluorescent light tubes which is not very helpful, and most of the products I needed were not in stock which is also not helpful. Hopefully the next time I come to Macy's, everything will be back in stock again and I can find what I need to be cool for myself and be a little more helpful. I say the prices are decent enough, but everything I was looking for was just out of stock. I am also hoping all of those fluorescent light tubes get replaced to light up the place better itself.

Visiting Macy’s at the Aurora Mall with my bestie Roula was like stepping back in time. It had been years since I last walked through these doors, and the experience brought back so many nostalgic high school and college memories.
This store has always been a treasure trove of marvelous clothes, from timeless classics to trendy pieces that never fail to impress. Walking through the aisles felt familiar and comforting, like catching up with an old friend. The quality and variety of their selection reminded me why Macy’s has always been a favorite.
The trip down memory lane was priceless, and it felt great to revisit a place that played such a big role in my past shopping adventures. If you’re ever in the Aurora Mall, Macy’s is definitely worth the stop. It’s as timeless as ever.

Macy's at Fox Valley has gone way downhill! It used to be a high end department store. I was there today and it looked like a store that was liquidating. Shelves everywhere, including the main aisles, filled with miscellaneous items, stained carpeting, total disarray. I don't know if it was just because of the holidays, but I hardly recognized it...so sad! If customers don't complain, it will stay that way unfortunately. I will think twice before shopping there again.

Waited by the jewelry section for 45 mins. Lady comes by the register, blood shot red eyes, puts on a blazer walks away, after we told her our jewelry is on hold. She finally came back and told us to go to the back. What back?… We just left. A lot of people were waiting for service! So unprofessional. No customer service!! Plenty of people walked away because no one would help…for 45 mins. Get it together, it’s so frustratingly unprofessional!!

Return process was quick and no hassle. I also had an item pick-up right from same area. Associate was polite and professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
