“I brought my Cpap in for an evaluation today. I have been having trouble with the humidity factor, and my machine is only 6 months old. John took care of me. He was punctual for our 10 a.m. appointment, polite, listened to the problems I've had, checked everything out, and gave me a new machine. This was a very positive experience.”
