If you have any questions, a live person answers the phone, unlike other pharmacies, having you leave your number or work with a teleprompter with delayed or no results.

Go elsewhere, people! Michael does not make you feel comfortable, nor speak to you with kindness. Condescending, talks over you & assumes you can't afford your medication. If you don't like your job, fine dude. But don't make the people who need to pick up their prescriptions here feel like a burden. Clearly you're in the wrong field.

The workers at the pharmacy were so helpful at a question I had about a prescription they didn’t have last time. They offered to call and check for me. Kindness goes a long way, I appreciate the extra effort they put in to help me get my pet’s meds!

I am having a total knee replacement done in four days. My doctor sent all the prescription's I will need to this pharmacy. I received a text on my phone saying they were ready. I went to pick them up and Michael the pharmacist told me they were not ready. He had no apology and no help. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I could wait no longer because of another appointment I had so I left. I received another text message about 20 minutes later saying my prescriptions were ready. I returned wanting to pick up my prescriptions and Michael the pharmacist once again said they were not ready! I told him I received a 2nd text message saying they were ready. I got angry and basically told Michael the pharmacist he was incompetent. He then told me he was denying filling my prescription and I would have to take it to another pharmacy because I was disrespectful to him! He used his power to not fill the prescription I needed simply because I hurt his feelings.

Things here seem particularly expensive for no apparent reason, so it feels like a place you go because they have everything in one spot, but you’re going to pay like a 30% premium to do so

Was really good until old pharmacust trasfered. Now they do not greet you and ignore you. Time to find a better alternative.

The staff at this pharmacy are always helpful and patient. They are often out of some of my meds but I don’t think it’s always their fault. They always let me know when a prescription is going to cost an exorbitant amount and give me heads up about other meds or generic meds availability. Some of the employees are even proactive about looking up goodrx coupons for me. Highly recommend!

Scratched my cornea on Saturday night. My brother went the next day at 10am to go get my prescriptions for me. They were out of stock of the antibiotic that I had. Sent a text to me saying it won’t be ready til today at 4pm. I called at 10:30 this morning and the person who answered said oh I’m filling it now, it will be ready in 30-40 mins. My mom went and the pharmacist told her it will not be ready til 4pm. She explained how someone told me 30-40 mins. They were really rude to her and my mom had to insist that she wasn’t going to leave til I had my antibiotics because I’ve gone 2 days without them.
