Dude didn’t even know how to locate a specific cylinder on my engine. Knowledge of cars here must be very limited. Google does the job though!

Pat was honest, professional and did a great job explaining what was going on with my car. I've brought 2 vehicles to this location now. The crew seem knowledgeable and when I had a bit of a lingering issue with my first car they took care of it and made sure I was happy with my car before I left.

Gentlemen at the counter was rude throughout the process of getting tires installed. Tried selling me all new suspension due to tires being worn out that were 4 years old, could not diagnose any issue with suspension. Told me I needed a new rim asap due to adding weight to balance. Informed me that they had to add much more weight than the technician actually added. I would suggest getting a second opinion on any issue or repairs they recommended.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service and communication at this facility. I initially worked with Sean to arrange a vehicle diagnosis, informing him that I couldn’t pay until January or February. I asked if I could leave the vehicle there since it was immobile, and he confirmed this would be fine. However, after dropping off the car, I did not receive any follow-up regarding the diagnosis and had to reach out myself. I was told the engine needed replacement and that it was a labor-intensive job. I agreed, but also requested to shop around for a better price.
After finding multiple low-mileage engines, I followed up again, only to be told by Sean that the engine he found was $3,800, with the total job estimated at $10,000. I sent an engine I had found for under $2,000 with free shipping, but was told I would need to pay for shipping, and it wasn’t as good as the one Sean had found. Initially, I agreed to the $10,000 price, but later changed my mind. When I informed them that I was no longer moving forward, Vicki told me the price of the engine was reduced.
At this point, I was working with Pat, who informed me that Sean had been let go due to unethical practices. The work was completed without my prior approval, and I was told I needed a new battery, which I supplied. I was pressured to agree to a payment plan of $200 per week, with $3,000 due in January and the balance by February 22. (Payment was agreed to be made in Jan/Feb when work was supposed to be done.)
The situation worsened when I was informed that my vehicle had been driven to another location without my consent, which was a major issue for me since I had canceled my insurance and informed the state that the car was immobile. The lack of transparency and respect for my instructions is deeply concerning.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I asked to speak with the owner, who offered explanations but no apology for the poor service and miscommunication. I asked for a discount on future services or an oil change, but was only offered an oil change, which felt like an insufficient gesture given the circumstances.
The experience was incredibly frustrating, and despite paying a significant balance of $5,600, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The lack of communication and understanding from the staff was disappointing, and I left feeling that the facility did not value my business. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the future, as I believe the employees may have good intentions but the execution and customer service need significant improvement.

I'm really disappointed with this business. I called early in the week to make an appointment for my car on Saturday morning. When I arrived, they told me that the person who answered the phone didn't put my name on the list, so they couldn't take my car on that day.

Horrible customer service. The lady had the worst attitude as a customer you should want business not turn it away. There’s plenty of places to get car repairs and you drove this customer away. You don’t own the streets if you have a issue with traffic flow then go to the city and complain they need to fix your flow into your building

Our 1973 Dodge Charger SE was repaired with total commitment by the staff to resolve the issues presented. As to a 51 year old restored Classic we appreciate the Meineke technicians interest in helping us to keep the vehicle running and safe . As original owners we are thankful for the small shop honesty and fair pricing. We have been taking our" Beauty " to Meineke for many years for maintenance and repair.
