Absolutely loved living at Metro 59!
I lived here for nearly three years, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The sales consultants at the office were always kind, helpful, and attentive. Ivan, the property manager, is truly the best—always professional, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond to help residents. His positive attitude and dedication to keeping everything running smoothly made a real difference.
The maintenance team Steve and Daniel, were incredible. They consistently responded quickly to service requests, whether it was something small like a leak or more urgent like an A/C repair during high temperatures. Their work ethic and kindness were greatly appreciated.
The amenities at Metro 59 were always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully updated. The clubhouse is beautifully designed and welcoming, and the gym is equipped with high-quality machines I hadn’t seen at other rental communities. Even the garage parking areas were regularly cleaned and maintained, and the hallways always smelled fresh and inviting.
One of the things I valued most was the sense of safety. I never once felt unsafe while living here—it truly felt like home. I’ll always be grateful to the entire Metro 59 team for making my time here so special and for creating such a warm, well-managed, and harmonious place to live. Thank you for everything!

I have been a resident of Metro 59 for about 3 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire complex!
The office staff is amazing and very responsive. The girls in the office made the leasing process very smooth and efficient! Ivan the property manager is the best! Any problem we have, he addresses the issue right away. He is one of the most professional property managers I’ve experience as a renter.
Along with the office staff, the maintenance team is wonderful! Steve and Daniel are always working hard to make sure the community looks beautiful and is running smoothly!
I would recommend Metro 59 to anyone who is looking for a welcoming community that truly cares about their residents. Additionally, the location is perfect with walking trails, shopping, and the train station to the city near by!

Metro 59 has exceeded my expectations. Anagha from leasing guided me every step of the way, she answered questions promptly, coordinated virtual tours, and ensured my lease details were clear. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly, reflecting genuine care from on-site staff. The location is ideal: Jewel-Osco and Target are minutes away, with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Route 59 Metra station and I-88 access make commuting effortless. Staff is friendly and supportive. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment complex. Thanks to leasing consultants Madi, Kayla and recent joiner Anagha. Madi helped me rent A2 apartment model and made my apartment moving smooth and hassle free. Appreciate it since I had moved from Ohio and Illinois was new to me. Thanks to the manager Ivan too who is always on top of things. The 6 months I lived there was a nice experience. Apartment was clean when I moved in. No maintenance issues at all and even when minor issues came up, they were addressed immediately. Leasing office was always responsive and they returned calls promptly. Leasing consultant Kayla ensured that all my maintenance requests were taken care of promptly. I realized their value more particularly after moving to another apartment complex (moved as I was looking for shorter lease term around 3 months owing to my personal situation) where there were lots of issues from the day I moved in. If I decide to continue in Illinois, I will definitely consider Metro 59 apartment complex again.

Super easy leasing process & beautiful walking areas around. Also, great place to have pets! they have a dog washing station and a dog park.

Stefani, at Metro 59, is very professional, helpful, and immediately attends to any concerns and needs that the residents may have. Stefani is very caring and hard working, two qualities that are hard to find these days. Stefani is truly an asset to Metro 59 and I can't recommend her enough.

Unprofessional maintenance practices. Almost all my maintenance tickets had issues. In the end, they just keep apologizing. But it gets old after awhile and you can't cash an apology. They will not make allowances when it's the other way around. For example, at renewal your rent will be significantly higher than new comers as they will pay less per month and get about a month off. They will not even honor the same price you paid last year for you let alone the new guy's price. Ok then, same here, no special treatment. You messed up so here is a bad review.

This place is like living in a third wild country. People leave their trash in the hallway, open their doors and let babies crawl down the hall, neighbors will make noise until 3 in the morning and property management will not do anything about. One of my neighbors left their soiled mattress out in the hallway - it was a family too. I rather live in a college dorm.

The place is really well taken care of and well managed. The management team is friendly and responsive. I’ve been here almost a year and I’m not considering to move elsewhere.

Metro59 is the best complex I’ve ever been at. I moved out in September and I’m so thankful I was able to call this place home while looking for a house.
A lot of the negative reviews were from when the former property manager was around (she was horrible - so mean, like the worst person I’ve dealt with in a long time) but the new manager Ivan and the rest of the office staff are SO nice and SO helpful. Additionally the maintenance crew was always super quick and kind as well. I really recommend this place! I lived on the top floor which was great and was so quiet. I think the complex has come a long way and I always felt safe and like it was a clean and nice place to live.

Thank you Mike, Service Manager at Metro 59 Apartments in Aurora! You are a real pro — knowledgeable, patient with my zillion questions and creative. I liked your no nonsense, but kind and respectful approach to what can and can’t be done to to upgrade some of our closets to better the needs of my husband and I. Metro 59 Apartments is very lucky to have someone with your work ethic and skills! ?
