Absolutely great service from the guy moe. He has been super patient and helped us get everything we need. We did notice that he was very attentive with everyone around also. Must visit for better service and deals as well!

This store doesn't operate on timings posted on Google and and on store door they are closed by 6pm when they were supposed to be close by 8pm they are very unprofessional in their work

I went into Metro PCS at 12:20 pm. The lady working was helping someone else and there.was another couple waiting... I got no Hello hey I will be with you shortly. Didn't say a.word to me. She did explain things to other couple waiting. Finally another employee walks in, but she kissed the coworker on the cheek. Idk who she is now,. She disappeared in the back for 15 mins then after whatever she did in back she decides to turn her computer on. I waited from 12:20 and left at 12:50 and received no help and no good customer service. I finally walked out cause I knew I was gonna not be very nice.
These people need new jobs idk who there bossnit but they need help w being nice and learning to multitask

I went here to buy a phone and the lady Carolina was over charging me in taxes, the phone was free but she was charging me taxes on it. Plus she was adding insurance, I said I don’t want it but she is forcing me to add but I said no so she asked me to leave the store. For a new phone she was charging me 180$ up front and for switcher she was charging 100$ for a free phone and she said she cannot go for 40$ plan.

If you are an existing customer don't expect the benefits that come with MetroPcs. Carol the manager will lie to your face with a smile. If I could give this location zero stars I would. The experience me and my husband had last week with Metro Customer Service vs this location. Buy your phone and/or service at a different location or online with customer service.

***DISHONEST METRO***Horrible place stay away from this store! Rude lying guy with glasses and is always wearing a mask does not belong working with the public. Does not honor MetroPCS return policies . He told me good luck meeting with the manager and returning my item because the manager is never in. I asked if I should make a police report for trying to scam me and he said go ahead I don't care. My next move is calling corporateLol they don't even care about your business. They know they're just there to take advantage of the customers. The owner will reply saying to email him to take care of the problem but they never answer the email.
