***DISHONEST METRO***Horrible place stay away from this store! Rude lying guy with glasses and is always wearing a mask does not belong working with the public. Does not honor MetroPCS return policies . He told me good luck meeting with the manager and returning my item because the manager is never in. I asked if I should make a police report for trying to scam me and he said go ahead I don't care. My next move is calling corporateLol they don't even care about your business. They know they're just there to take advantage of the customers. The owner will reply saying to email him to take care of the problem but they never answer the email.

They have gotten me 2 new phones that don't call out. I'm trying to get ahold of them daily and nobody answers. Left voicemail no return calls. Bad customer service by the male that is there on 2nd shift. Now Im trying to get ahold of them as the last phone that I got doesn't work. How you can u have a phone store and never answer the phone. Maybe because of All the complaints

The two ladies I met in this store on Monday morning was horrible.very rude and lacked customer relations.I think they are not qualified and not capable of managing metro shop .They have no reason to be in that shop just to collect pay cheque..l recommend no one to this store.. instead go to the metro shop by newyork street.

Horrible server very rude they don't have patience one bit. They messed up my granddaughters phone and my phone right after buying new phones and locked one of my new phone and kept the other one on and switched out numbers. And when I asked for help they said I'd have to wait until four o'clock and put another client in front of me even though I was first there ??? and one of my phones are still not on I don't recommend. Very horrible service......

Great customer service! The girls there are very nice and helpful, will def recommend. The day I went to get my phone there was a lady screaming at the worker showing her that she ‘got shot nine times’ and that she ‘made her day horrible’ and started crying and punching the walls … I was like calm down 50 cent lol. Then the girl helped me get a phone after the crazy lady left and was very nice despite what had happened. It’s crazy what these retail workers have too deal with!! I give them lots of props!

My step son used my phone but I'm sure he was satisfied with the service he received, they unlocked his Sim card. I never heard anything like that it must be a new procedure with accounts now but all and all they took care of it and gave him a new galaxy A12 phone witch I think was vary cool thanks guys.... For helping out my Step sons issues and getting his metro account back on track ......great!
