Gary and Chris over at Midas in Aurora are awesome! I have taken a couple of my cars over the years here and they always have me leave feeling like I was taken care of and never taken advantage of. They have helped me out day of on several occasions, and always do their best to make you feel welcome. I HIGHLY recommend seeing these two guys for any and all car needs you may have, and you should feel safe coming at any and all ages as well (this coming from a college kid and now recently graduated one as well). Can’t say enough positive things about my experiences at this location!

Overall, I had a good experience at the shop. Great customer service at the counter, thorough visual car check, relatively fast service. I waited in the lobby while they did my oil change. I took a couple of stars off for a few reasons. Compared to other places, you can get the same services for a lower price. When I got the results back from the visual check, an auto technician didn't bother to discuss the results with me. Therefore, I had to interpret the results on my own and didn't get my questions answered. Lastly, they left a mess under the hood of my car. After they did their work, I noticed smudges, fingerprints, and dripping oil that wasn't there before I brought my car in. Which was disappointing, considering their overpriced services. Since it wasn't all bad, I'd say try your luck. However, the next time I need an oil change--I won't be rushing to Midas.
Update: After seeing my review, Midas reached out to me and had me submit a claim. Then the manager of this location reached out, asking how he could improve my experience and even offered me a free service. I agreed to bring my car back in. The manager himself took the time to show and explain to me the issues my car was having. I appreciate Midas as a company for reaching out, caring about their customers' experiences with their services. I especially appreciate the manager for going out of his way to explain things to me, show me things on my car, and help me to the best of his ability--all at no cost to me. Now I'd highly recommend them. Trust that your car will be in good hands.
