Bought a pair of headphones, and the headphones didn't work so I attempted to return them. I didn't have the receipt or the box, but had the card I paid for it with, and the headphones in hand, along with offering to put my phoje nunber in because I purchased them with my account as well. Store manager was extremely rude and refused to even try and give me a refund/replacement.

Workers are extremely rude, clearly don't want to be working there and make sure you as a customer know it.

Pharmacy staff very cold, not friendly. Went inside today and instead of a friendly greeting, all she said was "pick up". No smile, no eye contact...just "pick up". Gave the name and as she turned to pick up the scripts I mentioned that some of those medications were discontinued.... instead of acknowledging me, she proceeded to ring up all the meds that I didn't need. When I asked her if she heard what I said, she said she did but she continued to ring it up. I had to stop her and tell her what pills I needed and what was discontinued. She stepped aside to allow the pharmacist to make changes in computer and then she rang up the pills and tossed the bag across counter to me. No thank you, no smile....nothing. Horrible customer service. taking my business elsewhere.

Review is for the Aurora location on Orchard & Indian Trail. 1) Try and get through to them on the phone, not guaranteed to happen. I've tried various times and you are either from the system put on hold OR someone says, "please hold" and then either no one comes back OR the phone mysteriously disconnects after several minutes. Once, twice maybe but this has happened a number of times, extremely frustrating. 2) If you are able to get someone live, I'm sorry to say this because I'm sure there are very nice associates in the pharmacy department, however, not exaggerating, I would say at least 80% of the time, they are extremely rude. Perhaps it's the same people answering, but it represents the store in a bad light. I honestly hate having to call there but have to from time to time.

Wanted to self checkout and accidentally scanned item two times. Rude worker told me to put in bag for weight (even though I pressed skipped bagging) and wouldn't let me explain. I told her I scanned it two times and just pressed to checkout and left. I went to checkout at pharmacy area and before I left she came up to me and said: "what, your not buying?" and I just left. Horrible experience and will not be coming back. Whoever that short haired blonde women is you'd definitely want to retrain her for customer service because that was unacceptable.

I received excellent service from the pharmacist after I called about a medication availability. She even called me back to confirm that my prescriptions had been transferred from Walgreens, per my request.

Never have I EVER had such an issue with a pharmacy. I've used this location in the past and they've always been good, but today they just lost a customer. My doctor's office had sent over 4 refills for me and I had called earlier today to see the status on them. They said they had 2 ready but the other 2 could not be refilled because I just had them refilled (which was false). I called my doctor's office and they said they would take care of it since I needed them all. My doctor calls me back 10 minutes later saying that one prescription was ready, 2 could be refilled and the 3rd one they said was on hold for some reason. So basically the pharmacist lied. I call CVS back and tell them what my doctor told me. The lady says "well I have one ready, I can refill 2 and the other one I have to check" and then leaves me on hold for 10 minutes. She finally says she can refill them all and asks me when I want to pick them up. I ask if 4 is fine and she says yes. Great. Problem solved. Not. I get there at 4:15 and the lady at the drive thru tries to hand me 2 prescriptions and I'm like no... I should have 4. She goes "oh, the other 2 aren't ready. You can either wait 15 minutes or come back tomorrow." So I wait. 20 minutes actually, just to make sure it's ready. Pull back around to the drive thru. SHE TRIES TO HAND ME 3 AND IM LIKE NO!!! And she tells me they can't refill the other one AFTER THEY JUST SAID THEY COULD AND THE DOCTOR TOLD THEM THEY NEEDED TO. Are you joking..? This will be the LAST time I use this pharmacy. If it had been one mistake, fine. But this was just a mess of mistakes and sheer incompetence and now I'm pissed. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Everyone in the store is sooo helpful and nice. I never have any problems. They need more helpers in the pharmacy. Those poor girls are busting their butts back there. I feel bad. If I could give 100 stars I would
