“Overall, a great experience. Estimator was knowledgable, efficient, responsive when I remembered additions. Process with remote walkthrough worked well (aside from networking issues on my end). They were able to schedule me quickly for a 1/2-way across country interstate move (~1 week out from the move date). While interstate move leaves some uncertainty on exactly when items will arrive, they came in early on the window given, at one week after pickup, which was great.

On both ends, the moving teams were very fast, and courteous. The binding estimate given was honored with no issues. Moving coordinator was attentive, but sometimes info came to me before them. My items aren't generally precious, but none seemed to be damaged and nothing missing.

They bill the full amount on pickup, which is a little nerve-wracking, as they have your money and your stuff, but everything went off without a hitch. Credit card was an option.

Overall, they made a stressful experience go quite smoothly, and would recommend.”
