Bad. Ba bad bad... Kid did not want to honor My 2yr rotor/disc warranty. he eyed the the rotors/ disc and said nothing is wrong... Then questioned why they should be replaced, I responded it's almost 2yrs and they are wearing out the breaks.., the kid then proceeded to ask the other kid and with a sarcastic remark the kid responded "that what rotors/disc do, they scrape".... I then ask him how can he determine the rotors/disc are still good if he didn't pull out a micro meter, which I know he doesn't know what it is or how to use... Napa train your employees better and honor the warranty.

I had a great experience, I purchased a part from Napa and took it to Gabriel's garage. It was much cheaper than I was originally quoted buy a mechanic. The part was also $100 cheaper at Napa, then I had been quoted from AutoZone.
