The owner only offered me $29 for 2 matching nightstands in excellent condition, which is insulting. Way lower than their value. It took him a week to respond to my emails, after his employee told me it would take up to 48 hours. In the email he told me he only wanted to buy two of my three pieces but when I got there he wanted the third piece as well... which I had left at home. This place is incompetent, and a scam. Avoid this establishment at all costs, folks. It's bad news.

There's a good selection and the people are very helpful. The prices are very reasonable. They would get higher marks if they vetted the furniture better. We bought some upholstered chairs for my son's dorm room. We sat in them and did a cursory inspection for damage and stain and loaded them into the truck. It wasn't until we got them into the dorm room to discover how filthy they were under the cushions. Cat hair, dirty just yuk. We should have inspected them a bit better, but we didn't think to look under the cushions. I'm surprised they accepted such dirty items. I guess that's what you get when you buy from a cheap store. I probably won't go back to that store if we need any additional items. I ended up spending a lot on cleaning supplies to tidy them up. It would equal more expensive, cleaner items.

I came here hoping to sell a few items. I was offered $25 for a new dvd player, an air fryer, a floor lamp, mixing bowls, spicy shelf, stocking hangers, and a camping stove. I checked eBay, Mercari, and offer up to see what these NEW items were selling for; resale totaled $125, on average, for these same exact items. (Mind you they are new in box and retail is over $250)So...I did not have high expectations going in, but I did have a walk away number of $60... So I walked. The point of this review is to inform you that New Uses will insult you with an offer so low, you might just feel stupid...I sure did.

I just noticed that I was charged double the As Is tag. I'm not from the area. Double check your sticker.

We took some of my daughter's clothes, they only took summer clothes, the purchase was better than I thought.

The store is nice but not as nice as pre-pandemic. Also, the prices has gotten a little steep for a used store.

Furniture is priced lower than near by resale shops. It's a bargain and the staff are very helpful.

This shop used to be very nice. When I first moved into my new house and my daughter moved into her new apartment, we stopped here occasionally to pick up certain items for our new homes but now it seems like there's not a lot of selection. A lot of the items are overpriced, not in good condition, or items are way out of style. I think maybe they need to clear everything out and start over fresh with new more modern items and better selections. It definitely needs a new update. I guess if you are in the area it wouldn't hurt to stop and take a look but I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here.

Nice selection of used furniture. This is the best place for untouched used furniture. Great place for finding opportunities to reuse/re-purpose household items.

It's like any other thrift store, buy your stuff (maybe) for 10 cents (maybe less) to the dollar and turn around and sell high, better off selling at a garage sale, you'd make more and sell about the same, plus you don't have to go out, load/unload, let them rummage threw your stuff only to lowball you, then you figure "I'll take it" ( since you pretty much spend the day loading your stuff up taking it over there waiting for them to look through it then loading most of it back up and taking it home) so ya...But if you looking just to buy then it's much cleaner then goodwill so I'll give them that.

I went to New Uses in Aurora to see if they would be interested in a blender that was never used. I met with Dave and he gave me a fair price, which I took. I was impressed with the store. If you need to do some decorating or are furnishing your 1st Apartment, I would check out this store.

Much more organized then it use to be. I found a couple of new items to add to my home decor. People are very friendly there and polite. Happy New Year.
