I had a very difficult time finding a specific size for my head and Sam was able to relate and cover my needs fully. We were able to find XXL size frames that worked and were very comfortable. This is usually very difficult to find online and you usually have to go in store to find a decent fit. They had some in stock and the associate was able to help me fit them. Overall excellent experience.

We were treated like royalty at the Oakley Vault even though this was the first time we were there. Bryant greeted us and kindly showed us the area we were interested in.
Leeann helped my husband narrow down his choice and we were extremely pleased either the end result- Frogskins 38th anniversary frame. Both employees were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We will be back.

Workers were friendly and the touchscreen thingy was cool but ultimately overpriced for an outlet store. Yes the glasses are high quality and customizable, but $250 for something you might accidentally step on and crush one day? Just feels absurd, especially if you're not rx or stupid rich.

Don’t go to the Oakley Vault in Aurora if you are looking for Rx glasses. Staff have no idea what they are doing, or what products the company even makes in Rx.
Go to Schaumburg instead at Woodfield! Great service and knowledge of all products. Rep knew exactly what I needed.
Bought two pairs of Rx M2 XLs.

the service specialist went out of her way to make sure that all y questions were answered and made sure that the prescription was correctly measured for my new glasses 10/10 both in the experience and service.

Sales associate was amazing! She did a great job fixing a pretty rough pair of Oakleys I brought in and then went in back to search for a size I needed for a shirt I needed for a gift. Very personable and nice to work with.

I came in to replace my Sutro Lite lenses and one of the staff members suggested blue when I was going to get plain black and I loved them! If it wasn’t for him I would’ve never considered blue and I’m very grateful he did. I highly recommend this store and the staff there are super friendly!
