The Young guy gave me the wrong brake pads. I gave him my correct car information and I told him when I seen the brake pads they were not right. He looked in a computer and said yes they are right when I got to my mechanic I was told they were the wrong Brake pads. I took them back to the store for a refund and explain what happened. There was absolutely no apologies or compassion at all in regards to their mistake. The staff needs to be Trained better.

Great place for parts my number 1 guy to go to Adan always takes time to make sure one way or the other we find the parts I need .
owning a fleet is not an easy task but having the right people to help you find parts makes a big difference always thinking outside the box to keep me moving. Over all hands down great service.

Normally when I come in it is just a casual purchasing experience.I was greeted when I came in but I was left speechless with the customer service Salvador gave. From in-person to on the phone, a true asset to this store.Most people who have no car experience wouldn't know the difference.I have over 10 years of working couters at AZ and Advanced, giving credit where credit is due.

What nice people!I had a bad battery and was away from home. The guy there gave me a discount on a new battery, and loaned me his tools for free while I swapped batteries.A bad experience was a bit better because of the nice people there.
