The cashier, she had medium length dark brown hair, light brown skin, and wearing a pink hoodie today, rolled her eyes at me when I asked about my total price for the “buy one get two free” sale sign. Absolutely no explanation from her about the price confusion, but her male coworker explained perfectly that I had to purchase the most expensive item to get the other two items free. I saw another review about her and not really sure why she’s working in customer service. Just rude and unhelpful. Otherwise, i’m happy about the clothes I purchased.

Ordered from this store. Tried reaching out to them to return an item in which they would not even answer an email! Terrible customer service I am now stuck with a pair of gym shoes of which do not fit me! I would never recommend this store!

I don't let negative experiences get to me, but I must say, the store is a vibe... until you encounter this girl. I must admit, her attitude leaves much to be desired. She carries herself with an air of superiority, as if she's above everyone else, despite working in retail. #eyelashesnotonfleek

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Walked in to return something and cashier did not even acknowledge me and had to stand there for a few minutes before she got up to help us. She acted like we were a huge burden and told us the stuff we were returning was not on the receipt. We found the online order confirmation and then she snapped at us saying she found it on the receipt without apologizing for not seeing at first. Overall she was extremely rude and has a MAJOR attitude problem when we were being nothing but nice. She had medium length dark brown hair, medium build, fair skin. We called asking to speak to the manager afterwards and she answered claiming she was the manager. If that is the case….yikes. This is the first review I’ve ever written in my life but the service was just that bad.

Worst customer service. Fitting rooms were closed and talked to the store manager to get them opened so my sister could try some jeans on but she refused. With this customer service Pacsun is losing sales.Store manager basically kicked us out. She didn’t give her name but she was a Hispanic lady.

If I could put zero stars I would. The girl in the store gave us the worst costumer service I have ever had. Rudeness at its best. I even told her she should treat her costumers better. Something I never do but this time it was too much.

drove 40 minutes today (friday) got there at 8 pm for the store to be closed and i called and said i checked the website and it said they closed at 9 and she tells me “sorry we’re low on workers goodbye” in a rude attitude

A little pricey but they did have a sale in the store for buy one get one 50% off. My son got two pairs of pants for $84. Masks were required but they actually had 2 dressing rooms open so people were trying clothes on.
