This has got be the absolute worst store in not only fox valley mall but the Chicagoland area. The staff is very rude and gossips to each other while staring at you. All of the workers act as if the customer owes them something and act privileged. Don’t offer to help any customers just stand behind the counter and stare. Honestly some of the worst customer service you’ll ever find. Highly recommend avoiding this store.

all of the employees had mad attitude to their costumers. i made a comment about a shirt being overpriced—cuz there's no reason a baby tank should be $25 duh—and one of the employees started gossiping and insulting me to her coworkers.

clothes were nice and store looked good. cashier number 651913 ( found on receipt) left register unattended for 10 min and then when she rang me up she seemed very rude and uninterested. maybe she was having a bad day? overall a good store with good selection.

Hands down, the rudest staff I've ever encountered. After waiting over 10 minutes to check out due to only one drawer open and getting glance after glance from staff who seemed to just not feel like acknowledging customers (one guy was playing on his cell phone, one folding the same clothes over and over again, etc), a line was starting to form. I politely asked if someone could open another register. Arianna then loudly made fun of me to the two boys “working†behind her and they just looked at me and laughed. I'm a mom and had my daughter with me. I just pray she never treats anyone the way your team treated us. I can handle goofing off, or even some laziness, but this type of disrespect was just awful.

Selection was mediocre. Staff was lame. Not the kind of experience I expect at such a well-established surf and sun store.
