On December 8, 2023, our furnaces were tuned up by Alex from Perfect Home Services. He not only checked and tested the furnace but also provided detailed recommendations. We are appreciated his time and patience.
On February 6, 2024, the services technician Alex traveled about an hour to get to our property, checked on furnace in detail and provided a few repair options. We appreciated his professional services and suggestions. Also we thanked for office's quick arrangement on setting up an appointment.
On December 10, Tyler provided a maintenance Tune-Up for our furnaces. He checked in detail patiently and provided options for care and repair down the road. Also we’d appreciate coordination with appointments from the office.

Unfortunately, I did not feel like this company was working for me as a client.
This company sold us and installed a new hvac unit just 3 yrs ago. It began making a loud whizzing sound recently. We called for service and were told it was the motor. The initial diagnosis was that we weren't keeping up with annual checkups/cleanings of our unit and that was the cause for the motor failure. We'd have to purchase a new motor for over $1,200. I asked if the mfg warranty could cover since it is only 3 yrs old and was told it wasn't covered due to us not keeping up on the annual checkups. If we would begin doing these annual checkups going forward, we may be able to get back into the warranty coverage. They were pretty firm about this. This did not sound right to me and I told them I'd be getting a second opinion. The next day we contacted another company who confirmed within 5 MINUTES that the motor would be covered under the mfg warranty (free), got us the new part and fixed the problem that SAME day for only the cost of labor. We saved 70%. They also stated that an annual cleaning or checkup wasn't necessary on a new unit - perhaps after the 5 year mark and then every other year would be sufficient.
I will say that Antonio, our service person from Perfect Home Services was friendly, professional and pretty knowledgeable and this review is not necessarily about him. Unfortunately I believe the company's policies and practices prevented him from providing the client service and solutioning we deserved.

I had 2 techs from Perfect Home do furnace clean and checks on the same day for me ( at 2 different properties).
Technician Mike Sanchez did an awesome job! He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything very thoroughly, and a friendly guy!
Technician Tyler Gaines did a great job, also (at another property). He was also prompt/on time, professional, and explained everything very well to me on the phone ( as I wasn't there in person). He was very thorough in explaining an issue that needed to be addressed soon with the furnace, to avoid a breakdown.

The issue with my furnace is not resolved yet. However, tge service professional was EXCELLENT and knowledgeable. I have to figure out what happened to the gas pressure in my house before the furnace can be resolved.

Tayler Haines just restored the heat in my house He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he did from the moment he entered my house to the time he left. He identified what the issue with my furnace was and fixed it in minutes. He explained to me what the problem was and advised me how to prevent
It happening again. What a delightful person Tyler is! Thanks for sending him to my house on a short notice. He was the perfect person to send. He did a perfect job for the perfect company.

I scheduled my Fall Checkup for my furnace through Perfect Services which I have been using since the installation in 2024
This summer I had to upgrade my Google thermostat as the model was no longer supported so I upgraded to their latest release of Google Nest Learning Thermostat.
When the technician came to do the seasonal tuneup, the heating check failed to fire-up. After going through a variety of testing connections, the tech found that two white wires were switched. It was apparently done by installation of the new thermostat. In order to get the furnace operational, the same two wires connected in the furnace had to be flipped. The tech did a wonderful job in trouble shooting and explaining what he did to resolve the problem.
I have been amazed with the quality of Perfect Services technicians. They document with photos of all actions that were done. I have not been disappointed since they became my HVAC servicing company.

I’m a VIP member with Perfect Home Services.Today I had my annual air conditioner service done by Zack and Steve that was in training. Zack did excellent job training Steve for Perfect Home. I inform them that I was very happy to have TWO technician inspect my 5 year old air conditioner and 16 year old furnace. I would highly recommend both technician. Zack recommended me he service my furnace in 2021.
