I love this store, there are always many models of very elegant men's clothing and the quality is great. If I could, I would buy everything for my husband. But in general it gets you out of trouble in any event situation you have. Very bad experience with this location. Clueless worker and careless manager.‘Outlet’ doubles their price and then puts them on sale. And then won’t even give the ‘sale’ price at the register.Forgot one of the bags at the register, worker watched me walk out. I drove an hour away before realizing so I called them. Initially, they insisted that they gave me all my items before they took a look and quickly realized that they forgot to give me one of my bags and didn’t even apologize.Very rude worker so I asked to speak to the manager who didn’t care and blamed me for the cashier’s mistake. Manager said there was no one above him that I could file a complaint with.

I would just like to say that Lee was truly great. I feel that this is strange to leave a review after simply shopping for clothes. Even if I were to have had a negative experience like… it’s clothes. But we felt so bad that the store was about to close and Lee was there solo, so I just wanted to extend gratitude to him for being kind and welcoming, thorough and polite. I hope the company shows appreciation for such great customer service and dedication from their employees. In a time where working retail can truly be stressful and an absolute nightmare to remain positive all day, Lee was a bright presence in the store, even while multitasking. Thank you Lee! I’ve always been pleased with Perry Ellis clothes but will return to this store specifically because of him! If you happen to see this Lee, I wish you nothing but success and happiness.
