We just got a new kitten lastnight.. And with little time available, due to a heavy schedule, I ran over to Hollywood Feed. The gentlemen working there, immediately introduced himself and asked what I needed. He also addressed all my questions/needs quickly. I found what I needed and was out in 20 minutes s.

This is my go-to place to buy high quality pet food. They carry a wide selection far broader than any of the other local stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful yet also leave you alone if you’re all set. Much appreciated. Best is that when my finicky cats reject food they loved last week, I can return unopened items for a refund. Highly recommended.

We came to Hollwood Feed to get info on Fromm dog food. We had concerns about our dogs diets and some issues we've been having. Jake was knowledgeable and absolutely helpful! As it turns out, the Fromm dog food was a hit with both dogs, finishing every morsel! Couldn't be happier with the results!!

Customer service is top notch. Great variety of products. Clean area for dog baths. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful which I greatly appreciate. Love shopping there!

First time at Hollywood Feed in Aurora, IL. Was trying to find a divider panel for a crate. Sam provided incredible customer service and offered information about the products carried. I will be back based on Sam’s awesome customer service.

Used the Dog Wash. It was kept up nice & clean & in good working order. It's a bit on the expensive side for a dog wash but a good experience.

The staff was so nice & helpful! My pup got a "sample" biscuit which he loved, of course. We will be going back for treats & whatever else we fancy!!

Everyone is always so genuine & welcoming.They go out of their way to help for example- I have a parrott who only likes a spefic brand of a product they sell.At one time they had an issue with the distributor so it was on back order for awhile.They kept in contact with me assuring they have not forgotten & will let me know when it will be back in stock.They did & continue to keep it in stock knowing my parrott is a big fan of their product,whitch makes me a fan of this store. Thanx again, especially from my parrott ( Chico).The only request I would ask for is to have more bird products,such as treats & toys. Otherwise, Hollywood Feed in Aurora is my #1 choice.

My wife and I are so happy to find Hollywood Feed. They have an amazing selection of quality dog foods at fair prices and their staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about the benefits of each. Makenna walked us through the different brands and varieties until we found the perfect food for are cherished fur-baby. The manager Sam was so pleasant to talk with and was there to assist with additional questions about flea and tick prevention. Thanks Hollywood Feed ?
