over priced and horrible service. the short, bigger built worker here has no manners. took her time doing other things than complete my nails which were noticeably uneven. when I brought it up she tried to make it my fault and wouldn't fix it when she didn't do a good job

Be careful going here. Make sure they wash & sanitize EVERYTHING. I wasn’t experienced in the nail life. I was only 22. I came here a few times for gel acrylics & they were perfect honestly. My nail tech I forget her name since I no longer live in Naperville I haven’t been there in a while nor since but it was my birthday coming up so she convinced me to get acrylic on my toe nails & they were cute but I realized I needed to get them trimmed down because at work they really hurt to the point I had to wear slippers lol & when I went back there to get them shortened & a fill in on my fingernails. I had a completely different tech that was trying to convince me again that I didn’t need to cut them down because it was too “soon” but it literally , she used the nail grinder tool under my toe nails & they literally were shaved down to barely anything. ( I realized this after taking them off about 2 or so weeks later. They looked brutalized) ever since I’ve gotten those I’ve been suffering from nail infections specifically both my big toes. I’ve been trying to cure my infection for over a year now (ACV soaks, epsom salt, OTC creams,Vicks vapor rub) it has spread to multiple toes & even has caused athletes foot. Finally I’m tired & have been embarrassed for a while now so I went to a podiatrist to have them actually check it out. They decided to PCR test my toenails. I have a list of bacterial strains along with fungi all due to trying to have cute white toes. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. This has costed me soooo much unnecessary money. My topical alone I just started costs 65$ per tiny bottle (JUBLIA) that only lasts less than a month. Thankfully my doctor had a mail in pharmacy otherwise it costs over 500$ at Walmart, Walgreens etc. My doctor told me this will take over a year to possibly fix. Also taking oral antibiotics as well. May just end up doing laser treatments or removing them in general. Not sure yet. I am hopeful. But please girls BE MINDFUL. That pedicure cost me over 90$ too. All around BAD IDEA.

Horrible. My toenails are uneven, pictures below. My big toe doesn't naturally go like that. Prices are high but quality doesn't match. There's polish on my skin and when asked to fix they had an attitude. Polish job just seems thick, sloppy and rushed. Still use cheese grater to remove dead skin. And the dead skin isn't even all the way off, just a half job. Overall not happy with my experience would not recommend coming here. I see why they were slow on a Friday evening .... please don't spend your money here.
