They don't answer the phone but you can go to any public storage to conduct business.

Literally here with a U-Haul during posted business hours, am not able to get ito my locker, and have been waiting over half an hour and there is no one here.
Seriously are you kidding me?
What am I supposed to do with my stuff?
I need to return my U-Haul certain time and I need to leave to get to work soon.
What is going on Public Storage????😡

Moving can be stressful so I was very grateful for Kim at Public Storage in Aurora, she made the process clear and smooth! I was signed up and in my storage pretty quickly and so far this has been the easiest part of my move!

Spoke with Samantha at first,setup a reservation for Tuesday... Mason was there on Tuesday, he showed me an outside unit... Went with that, getting paperwork done was quick and easy... I got the app as well for my phone. Thanks to Jason and Samantha for making this process as painless as possible!! A great help!

They were good. Only thing I didn’t like was that they had no garbage for us as customers NOWHERE on the lot. Also, the day I moved out last week, I found lots of rat poop in my things and I DO NOT play with rodents. Also, the price was going up every month, that as the reason I left.

These stars are for Kimberly, the property manager over at the Farnsworth location. She was so incredibly kind, patient and helpful. She remembered me by name, returned messages promptly, and made sure I was set up for success. I am happy with my experience and my unit.

i came in to find out what i would need to do to rent a unit, i talked to a guy named rick he told me all about renting it online when i am ready next month. great customer service is why ill be back to rent next month
