Huge selection and good pricing. This store has reasonable overall pricing, but when they have their holiday sales there can be amazing deals, especially on the clearance items. Nicely laid out store, they display the merchandise well, and have good lighting. Customer service is good. The store is also very clean. If you like Puma this is a good to store.

The manager or whatever the old lady with the yellow shirt is, was very rude at every moment, speaking badly to her coworkers and the customers i went to the front desk to ask about a price that was not visible and she answered in the rudest way, making her coworkers look bad in front of me. Girl, if you don't like your job, just leave. I always have a good experience with this store. This time I am very offended and very disappointed with the service.

Nicole Caballero is a great manager she's always so helpful, and quick to answer my questions while being easy to communicate with. Always giving me recommendations if I can't find the clothing or shoes I want and I'm satisfied with her decisions overall she's great at what she does.

My wife and I had the most awesome time shopping at the Puma store at Aurora outlet. Having Nicolette and her staff just made the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. Nicolette was very professional and really gracious to us by having her staff get us the right shoe size to the checkout experience !!! They really did care about taking care of their customers which is why Me and wife are already reaching out to friends and telling them when they go to the Puma store in Aurora they will taken well care of!!!! Thank you so much guys!!!!

They set prices that look tempting but the boxes have the real price for example $59.99 counter price, $80 real box price and according to the half it is $40 like that and it's really not what they cost, but rather they deceive people with a bad sales plan ?

WORST SERVICE EVER!
I spent a-lot of time looking for the right pair of soccer shoes, and when I got to checkout, it turned out that the had mixed up the shoes on the shelf and the shoe I got was more expensive than displayed, when I tried to discussed it with the cashier who was impolite and wouldn’t even apologize for the mistake they did. I told her that I had a similar experience in a different store and she just told me to go there!!!!!!!
