A simple google search led me to a company that I will continue to use. Local, good prices, and great people. I of course waited until the last minute before an huge 3 day company event and we wanted to have some custom items created that we needed in a short window. I ended up calling QLP directly because I wanted to have a definite answer on delivery and not an estimate since I would be a couple hours away at the event. Anthony was great to work with!! Communication came constantly and he ended up realizing that having the delivery directly to the hotel made more sense for me. The box arrived the day before I got there and our Coldwell Banker REALTORS lit up the dance floor with blue blinking light buttons on the last night of our company event. They all loved them! The only thing I would change next time is to have the logo horizontal to the clip. They are pretty tough to get on the clothes and all the logo seemed to be sideways or upside down on people. It wasn't anything anyone noticed other than me, but just something I would adjust next time. Thanks again QLP!

I ordered post- it notes and magnetic bag clips for our company events. The ordering process was seamless and customer service was excellent. I had a few questions, and I received a response within a few hours. The quality of the items is good, and they arrived in a timely manner.

I contacted several companies before getting in contact with Quality Logo Products after having communication issues with those other vendors. I spoke with sales associate *********************** who was very knowledgeable and polite, she patiently took me through the whole process of creating artwork and making suggestions for items to purchase. The order I ended up placing was $50K worth of promotional items to advertise for a veterans service office, we were able to order larger quantities than normal because Kacci researched and applied as many discounts as she could find. I found the process to be quite pleasant and once the items were processed the shipping was quick. The quality of the items ordered, from coffee mugs to t-shirts was superb. I am going to tell anyone that needs promotional items to go to Quality Logo Products from now on.
