If I could give negative stars, I would. We came with three people and were rushed through like cattle. Nothing was dry, even after time under the light — the polish literally slid off our nails. When we asked for a refund, the woman had the nerve to say “regular polish takes 3–5 hours to dry.” In what world?!
I got dip powder and the tech rubbed lotion over the powder — and didn’t even let me wash my hands in between. My cuticles weren’t touched, yet I still ended up bleeding and needing a bandaid.
This place is a total disaster. NEVER go here.

I always have such an amazing experience when I come here! They’re quick, kind and so talented. While i no longer live in the area I try to come in when I’m in town since I can never find a place to compare to here. Lin gave me adorable outerspace themed nails ❤️ highly recommend!!

Apologies in advance for the photo. I could have taken a better photo but I just could not wait to post a picture of my nails. Lin, once again, did an AMAZING job!! The way the mirror chrome reflects the different colors in the light is gorgeous!! 😍 Lin never disappoints! I’m very OCD about things, so the fact that she is very meticulous when it comes to my nails is a plus!!!

Not exactly the “friendly” salon vibe they advertise. I asked for a simple design, was quoted double what I normally pay, and when I politely declined, I overheard the owner loudly shaming people who “can’t afford it” and implying they shouldn’t be getting their nails done at all. Super uncalled for and made me feel uncomfortable. No one should feel judged for setting a budget.
$50 for line designs had me gasping.. do not recommend!
In response to your reply: i came into this exact location… and stand by what i said as this is not a place id recommend due to the service of being cackled at and shamed for when I was asked how much i normally pay for designs & i said half the price you were charging, i was then shamed and laughed at. Not friendly and not great energy here.

I always have such a great experience at this Queen Nails! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They take the time to listen to what you’re looking for and make sure you are completely happy with the results. My nails always turn out absolutely beautiful—clean, polished, and exactly the style I was hoping for. The salon is clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a bit of pampering!
