The service here sucked they made me leave the clinic 3 times so I can get the order it was very stressful going all the way back home just to get an order don’t make your customers leave the clinic a million times

Not about getting anyone in trouble. But I do work the medical field. And as a worker in the medical field, you should not be flirting with your patients, asking if they’re single. Along with writing your personal number on their papers (even after being told no) to call/text if their man messes up. Mind you, he was handling my pee when he did this. All my information was up on the screen such as address and so on… ladies be aware.

They have fast and nice custommer care. Inside waiting room has fresh air and clean. You can take walk in or appointment here. Basically i like to get test here it was great experience gor walk-in.

Very unprofessional. Went for a test n a thin short Lady was so rude and had an attitude and wasn’t letting me use napkins and did not let me wash hands even after I submitted everything. Things were so unhygienic and when I finally went to wash, there was no soap or water on. She sent me there she could have switched it on. I’m literally going out and asking other staff there is no water and one nice lady switched it on. Really DISRESPECTFUL on the lady who is testing me. Had this skin allergy moment I stepped out. People can be ALLERGIC to unsanitary surroundings so. Please let them use napkins or have better sanitizers

I arrived at 11:45 am and waited 15 minutes. at 12 o'clock a nurse came to us and said that she would not see me, that they see clients until 12. This is bad service.

always happy with the service at quest - usually go to Batavia IL site but circumstances had me at the Rush-Copley Hosp in Aurora IL so I quickly change my location for blood work the next day and every thing went smoothly.

The nurse was very friendly, knowledgeable and very good at her job. It barely hurt! Also, was very on time, and in and out in 5 minutes. Great office personnel!

Hello, I wanted to leave a review for an outstanding lab tech because my experience was simply amazing! I was at the Aurora, IL location 2088 Ogden Avenue.
I took my four year old here for bloodwork. To say I was anxious is an understatement. When we entered the room I could feel my heart racing because my son typically gives medical professionals a hard time. But when I entered, Dominic was the lab tech and he instantly reassured me that he was very experienced and he knew exactly how to handle toddlers. It was simply amazing!! He kept everyone calm - including me, my 18 year old son and my toddler. He was extremely patient and clear in his instruction. His calm demeanor made all the difference!! My son actually remained calm and had his blood drawn without a single tear!! To say I was relieved, impressed and excited doesn't even begin to describe how I felt. I'm so grateful for Dominic and his caring demeanor. If we ever need bloodwork in the future, I will
Definitely return to this location and specifically Dominic!!!

They wasted no time in attending to me, I was called in as soon as I checked in. I am also impressed with the way the test result was presented on MyQuest, despite the medical jargons, I totally understood the result as they provided some notes for reference.
