I’m from MS and I’m in the area working. The titanium cable on my broke. I called and talked to a very sweet young lady and she said that I should come in and that she’d help. Upon arrival I automatically knew who she was. She’s very nice, pleasant, and sweet. I don’t receive that kind of customer service at home. You have a very great staff. They deserve a raise.

I had an issue with a boot that I have owned several pairs of, and I talked to Joe (I think that’s his name). I had a great experience and it reminded me of why I spend the extra money on red wing products. They took care of it right away and made sure I left happy. I won’t go anywhere else for work related footwear!

I got professionally fitted in. Quotation marks at this location with their comfort machine bought inserts inserts didn’t last longer than six months. Boots aren’t lasting at all. It has made to the point where I can’t even walk in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom it hurts that bad on the bottom of my feet. So far my experience with Redwing they don’t fit you for comfort. They don’t know what they’re talking about and it destroys your feet to not even be able to walk in the middle of the night to use the restroom without feeling you’re stepping on Pins and needles is ridiculous. My boots I currently have aren’t even a year old yet and they feel like I’m walking on paper. They are super thin very painful.

I am extremely disappointed in what this store has become. I work for a company that gives us vouchers for Red Wing boots. So I walked in the store to realize there was nobody to be found. So I spent a good 25 minutes walking around looking at my options before anyone walked out from the back room. And then once I handed in my voucher he proceeded to tell me that whoever negotiated my voucher was trash. Because it didn't allow for accessories such as belts wallets and Etc. Little did he know that I am the one that negotiated the contract. And we are not expecting the employer to provide us with accessories. The only thing we want are good work boots. This guy's attitude was horrible. And I definitely will be discussing this with my company about potentially removing our business from Red Wing. We have 120 employees and each employee is given a $500 voucher. That's a lot of money to watch walk away

This place to be fair, kind of expensive. I spent 250$ on a pair of work boots. A few days later, worth EVERY penny. I didn't realize how bad my feet and knees hurt till I splurged. Never going back to cheaper boots. Spend the money, people. Improve your daily life. Geez La Weez.

Rachel the cashier who was assisting me during my visit made me feel so uncomfortable. While shopping around she insisted I was a different size from what I always wear. Rachel was extremely unprofessional and very rude throughout my entire visit. The way she was speaking to me with her smart comments was not it… I went to the store yesterday to buy some work boots I explained to her what size I wear and she kept insisting I was a whole size bigger. Today I went in to return the boots for a different pair since the ones Rachel insisted on me buying at first did not work out and were extremely uncomfortable… Rachel also mentioned “let’s pretend you are a union worker” when I am actually a union worker and provided proof. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable visit at Red Wing.
