If you want your $71k truck purchase to come with a full tank of gas, don’t go to Ron Westphal Chevy. I spent the last two months looking for a specific suv and finally found it here. I drove about an hour this morning to get to the dealership and spent another hour negotiating with the sales manager (Frank) and my salesman (Jesse) to get a deal done. I felt like the price they gave me was fair and the
entire process was great until the salesman explained to me that the sales manager would only fill up my newly purchased used suv with 5 gallons of gas. Unlike the previous review the management team did not go out of their way to take care of me, instead they decided that $65.00 in gas was too much to contribute after I was willing to spend over $71,000 for a used suv. I decided not to purchase and wouldn’t recommend anyone driving out of their way to shop here.

Wasn't happy with my experience
Purchasing 2022 Equinox didn't test drive the model I was getting
Wasn't told what company was financing my loan,no percentage
Rate mentioned didn't see complete price with the financing
Am a 70 yr old female ,Wasn't happy with sales Man that was suppose to be helping me,don't

Eric and management team was great to work with. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to purchase the car. There was a communication problem due to auto trader. The management worked with us and made it right. As always, what makes a person is not to be free from mistakes, but the ability to correct the mistake when it happens.

We had a great car-buying experience at Ron Westphal Chevrolet purchasing a 2025 Trax Activ. We worked with Brian Crunican who was outstanding! Very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and the whole experience was the smoothest experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. Overall, the staff was courteous and friendly without any pressure sales techniques used. Frank Avila was our finance manager and was also very pleasant to work with as well. Would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
