I called the store, and of the lady manger picked up my phone. The store manager was very disrespectful and talked to me rudely. When I asked for help, they didn’t listen and spoke in a harsh tone. I felt uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. This kind of attitude is not okay, and I expected better service.

Not sure what’s going on with this location customer service wise but it’s awful. There are fixtures everywhere, it’s junky, and the employees are remedial… While I’m at check out talking to the employee about my current problem and I’m being interrupted by another employee so they could talk. She didn’t say “ excuse” me or anything, but to be in the middle of my sentence and to be cut off for question that definitely could’ve waited until I got done with my purchase is wild and disrespectful. They offer all these big bulky items for customers to buy but then come around to be rung out, I'm being told that I can’t get a plastic bag for my king pillows… Especially considering I brought two reusable bags trying to save their bags and now it’s a problem when I need a bag when Ive already spent dang near $200 on my transaction. The woman claimed that they only get a certain amount of bags a year which would be very inconvenient because that leaves no room for error… and they aren’t allowed to bag pillows. I even offered to buy a plastic bag to put my pillow inside but she didn’t do it. It made no sense of me to have buy a plastic bag nor did it make sense of her to just not give me one… it’s a plastic bag. Being that I had multiple items and I couldn’t carry the pillow. One plastic bag would’ve been too much to accommodate I guess for this location or Ross in general. Especially after I
spent $200, Ross could’ve brought 200 more bags with my purchase. Then the employee says oh, you can pull your car up front….. upfront to the fire line, that says don’t park; so make an extra unnecessary trip
instead of giving me ONE PLASTIC BAG. so inconvenient me again. I should’ve gave it all back to her, and dipped, but there was no need to cause a scene over a PLASTIC BAG and to be ignorant in public over a PLASTIC BAG. This location, is not clean the employees are dense and lack customer service skills and basic manners.

Worse customer service I had to leave about 150$ of things I waisted my time for the cashier's to tell me they have no change and they laughed thinking I wouldn't understand English..as a cashier you supposed to trained and ready to have change instead of giving customers attitude..

I went looking to buy underwear, there are good prices, but what I didn't understand was that the price of 4 Cartepillar brand boxers indicated $12 and I paid $14, I saw it as a misleading offer. Otherwise everything is fine, there are many things, clothes, cheap perfumes.

Zero stars here. Waited in line too long someone else behind me walk out because he was not gonna wait. Cashier number 1 rang us up, but there was another worker there a young girl by the wall registers acting busy and trying to fix some rack of clothes but was really doing nothing but shuffling the clothes. she kept side eyeing because she knew she could jump on the register but didn’t want to. The alarms are always going off here. store is not really good if you have audio sensitivity.
