Great sale, clothes are inexpensive to begin with and all the employees were extremely friendly and more than willing to help. First time shopping there so I'll have to see how the clothes hold up.

I actually don't want to give any stars but it was the only way to write a review. The person who checked us out, took all of our clothes and tumbled them up in a ball and put them in the bag instead of folding them like any other store. Even Meijer, a grocer who also sells articles of clothing, folds clothing purchases. My sister and I looked at one another in disbelief. My sister said, "oh no. Please fold my clothes correctly. I'm not ironing this to give for my gift." She then shook the entire order out of the bag. The cashier wasn't apologetic or anything. I told my sister not worry. I'll do a review. We've already had a run in with staff here. So unprofessional. I advise no one visit the Fox Valley Mall location until they get staff who knows how to conduct themselves under your name. They've messed it up royally with my family.
