This review is overdue after having to legally pursue a stylist named Jeince. I came twice to get my hair serviced. After the last visit, 85% of my hair fell out. My daughter and I made several attempts to contact her about the issue right away. She ignored us for an entire month. She claimed to be on vacation but immediately responded to other clients that my daughter knows, the same time she and I were being ignored. When she finally responded, she lied even more. She had the audacity to blame it on my age (70) and health for most of my hair coming out. She also lied about changing her products. Several clients complained of abnormal and significant hair shed. My case was entirely worse. It was brought to my attention by several others that she hires and allows several different unlicensed relatives to handle chemicals. There was an attempt to settle without court, but she refused, stormed off and shut the door in my face. She expressed being concerned for her reputation, while I suffer with my self esteem and permanent hair damage. I went for a court continuance. Coincidentally, a former client of hers just so happened to be in line for a ticket and overheard my conversation about the case. She expressed complaints of the service she had gotten and said she would warn a person she knows who had an upcoming appt. As was taken back to court and she was found at fault. She has not paid what I'm due. Once again I'm ignored along with this court order.

I have been coming to Seida since 2014. She is the only one I trust with my eyebrow care. She is very knowledgeable about her products & catering to her customers. She is always doing her best to provide the best quality beauty service. I recommend her for your next salon visit.

10/10 service and staff here! I recently moved and being in a new area, I had no idea where to go for my hair. As I'm sure for many of us, finding new people to do our hair the way we want is a bit nerve wracking - but believe me when I say Seida's is worth it. She came highly recommended to me by a friend and as soon as I walked in, was immediately greeted by Seida herself. The salon's environment is very welcoming, friendly and relaxed. Every stylist I spoke with was extremely kind and fast working. I received a perm from Seida and can safely say it is probably the best one I've ever gotten. I've been to well-known salons and walked out upset with what was done to my hair. There wasn't a moment I was worried as Seida is extremely knowledgeable and talented in what she does - which is pretty much everything! If you're in need of your hair taken care of, try out this salon. I will be returning! :)

Seida is the most super sweet person in the world. Her talents go above and beyond expectations. I have been going to her for at least 20 years. She’s on point with hair, color, perms, braids, ect. She threads/wax eyebrows and has her own products for hair and skin. I will always highly recommend her. She, her employees and her salon are the best! Thank you Seida for all these wonderful years of service. You are the best!
