Car wash says open green light etc. But not working. Had to back a truck out of narrow wash. Doors always locked. Attendant on break every hour? Ever since new management this location has been abysmal.

Can it be explained to me why at 9:40 at night the gas station that is advertised as open 24 hours is not open? Both doors were locked with a sign written in scribble hand writing “back in 15 minutes.” Unacceptable. People were inside. They made eye contact with me.

I had no issues for this quick visit to this store. They are in a shared building with a McDonald's store. The bathroom was.not the best mannered during my stop. The clerk greeted me in a friendly manner when I made my purchase. I did not buy any gas today.

The shell no longer has the Coca Cola Zero with that 89 cent Extra Large promotion. It has been out for about 3 months and they are too lazy to add the Coke Zero, before it was just seltzer water and now they have a sign indicating they won't supply it or there is an empty spot. Well I guess not all Shells have the Coke Zero but this one used to and it was the reason why I went here, now I have to go elsewhere to other Shells where some have problems accepting the credit for the Fuel Rewards Program points and then processing the payment using touchless method.

staff member lacked manners, which didn't matter much to me. what got me was the lack of Arizona tea products. If it wasn't for the gas prices, I'd go to another place for my business.

This place really smells horrible. I brought this to the attention to the manager and he immediately became irate and told me to leave if I don't like the smell. I left, but I assure you I will never return.

The rewards card didn’t work at the pump. Went inside and the attendant stated “for some reason, they don’t work out there. You can pay here.” Hand her the card and she stares at me then gives me attitude “Sir...I need to know what pump and how much you want.” I’m like “I want to fill up.” She states “Well then you’ll have to come back in.” All this because their rewards don’t work at the pump but especially due to the attitude from that attendant.
