This carwash has option to clean rims and they charge extra for it but there system dont work. Also dont wash good and they are way overpriced.

First time, got the cheapest just to try it out $12 barely any water,lefted more scratches marks on paint, very pricey and limited washes, i am very disappointed, not coming back and going back to my previous car wash even if I have to drive a little more, JetBrite better prices and 1 wash per day with membership!!!!

Average wash but the price and service given is not worth it. They have over 10 vacuum areas but only two work. The nozzle of my vacuum fell off and the other side completely detached and had zero suction, real let down

Not good car wash at all and very very over priced. My car still has bird poop all over it after wash and the vaccines have almost no suction. There's way better cheaper options within a mile

Mehhh, cleaned the car ok, paid $5 extra for wheel cleaned and shine, didn't clean wheels very well, and didn't shine barely. Cost per value not so good, been through gas station car washes that did better

Car wash is terrible! Didn't remove dirt from front grill, bugs off hood. Just terrible! Waste of $15!

Just washed my car and paid $3 extra dollars to do a high pressure bug front grill pre rinse before the wash. The attendant did a good job and I tipped him but after vacuuming the car I noticed that my ac was blowing warm air. I got out of the car and noticed a hissing sound coming from the front of the vehicle and it was coming from the ac condenser/radiator. The high pressure wand had punctured the radiator and all the refrigerant was pissing out. No manager on duty and so far no phone call from corporate/ owners.

I specifically came to this wash because the vacuum is included in the price.
I tried 3 different vacuums and then informed the staff person that they weren't suctioning well. He then told me they've been clogged and they've tried to unclog them. I requested a partial refund, he told me that the vacuum was free and I paid for the wash. I then asked him, how much he would have charged me if I only came for a vacuum and he said $5. He then told me to try another vacuum. I informed him again I tried 3 different ones. It took him a few minutes but he did give me back my $5.
It's dishonest they're not letting people know before paying that the vacuums aren't working properly.

Carwash was alright definitely not worth 20$ and the only reason I'm leaving a review is because of the vacuums and parking lot holy I've never seen a dirtier place where you're supposed to clean. None of the vacuums were unclogged and all of the trash was filled and the best part no one was there

I've given the carwash a chance but I had to move on to better options. I like other unlimited washers that don't limit what you use throughout the month: I was subscribed to this wash's cheapest option but I wanted to wash off the built up salt after storms. I brought up my issues with the 3 a month policy and how a customer makes use of that and that it's just too complicated to keep track of. I was caught a few times trying to use the wash only to learn I had already exhausted my limit: it's not like I was going through several times a week. This car wash does not care to lose the business of a subscription based customer. Gotta leave to other options I suppose.

Do not spend your money here. First of all the prices are ridiculous it's up to $30 for a automatic car wash. Secondly if you want to spend 20 to $30 for a car wash the wash should get the back of the car I paid a few times for the most expensive wash and the back of my car was just as filthy as before the car wash lastly the free vacuums are so weak it won't pick up any debris from your floor mats
If you read the reviews you see I'm not the only one speaking of your $30 washes you have wash prices and you have add-on prices so to get what you want you have to spend 30 or more dollars I started with a $25 car wash and had to pay additional $5 for an attendant to come out and spray the back of my vehicle because your car wash can't hence the $30 car wash and it's your $5 option that makes it a $30 car wash If you want photos of your prices people can post them also I moved my car to four different spots and all the vacuums are equally as weak
